Staff very friendly, many different pieces

Everyone was really nice and open- and they made it possible for the experience to not be stressful at all. We had enough time for everything, which was great because they have a lot of cool stuff!

I have ordered a couple of times from Vintage Wholesale Europe and have had a few technical difficulties during the delivery process, however the members of Vintage Wholesale Europe have been absolutely amazing at helping me receive my parcel and sort out any confusion, their customer service is beyond excellent!

I ordered from this wholesaler for the first time; however, the order was catastrophic. I contacted customer support via Instagram and received no response at all. As of now, I still haven’t received any reply after more than one week. I do not recommend them.

I ordered fisherman wool sweaters: out of 50, only 10 are actually wool, 5 are felted and shrunk (unsellable), and out of the 40 acrylic ones, 15 are stained. In short, nothing matches the original listing.

It’s a shame — no customer service and a disastrous order. Very disappointed for a first order. I’ve been a reseller for several years, and this is the first time I’ve been this disappointed.

Disappointed. I heard great reviews about this company and decided to try . Quick delivery however 2 out of 30 pieces had holes. Stains and on one Ralph Lauren tag was missing. Even tho It was saying in the description and on the parcel that the clothes are grade A. I have supporting evidence of what I’m saying. I would be happy to return the pieces with holes and without label .
Update: I emailed customer service and I’ve got a discount.
I’ve also discovered that they sell authentic stuff. When I checked the labels and stitching and buttons I understood that it’s authentic vintage clothing.

I go to VWE at least once a month to handpick and I'm never disappointed. So many categories to choose from, always finding great pieces at great prices too! Plenty of branded and made in USA pieces as well!

First of all the warehouse was very well organized and they offered a wide variety of categories. The prices are very well balanced and the staff is very helpful. Federico and Alice are very friendly and helpful and it's in their best interest to make the best order for you. Would definitely recommend as a great wholesale option
