These were meant to be US army trousers but there was nothing but cheap reproductions. Very misleading advertising and photos.

Unresponsive customer service and delayed order #WEB156335
I placed order #WEB156335 on August 2nd, 2026, which was supposed to be processed quickly for UK delivery. It has now been 3 days and the order status is still stuck on "Unfulfilled".
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. There is no working phone number, the live chat on their website is just an automated bot that repeats template answers, and my emails go completely ignored.
As a wholesale buyer, this delay directly affects my business operations. I expect a real person from management to contact me immediately with a valid tracking number, or I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Very poor communication and service so far.

I’ve had a great experience with VWS as…
I’ve had a great experience with VWS as I have placed a few of my first orders as a reseller with them. I have dealt with Brandon and he has been keeping updated with the progress of my order.
The only small niggle is that I would like to see the delivery time being a little quicker. As a new reseller I’m keen on getting stock prepared for resale as quickly as possible. I’m aware of the 3-10 day SLA. I am seeing other suppliers that are delivering within 24 hours of ordering. I think that this side of things could be better. Otherwise I’m happy with the customer Service.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I spend £650 on kids carhartt bales. I messaged about 5 days after ordering to get an update, I was only then told that they didn't actually have it in stock and could give me store credit instead. I told them I didn't want credit I wanted what I ordered but they had already given it to other customers. Really awful and unprofessional, avoid these people at all costs. They won't even refund me, they keep offering credit.

Lack of communication after purchase
Buying process was ok no issues, However delivery was a different issue one part of the order arrived the other was out in the wilderness having tried to communicate via email and social media no replies came forth, I totally understand if it was sent as a two part order or lost in the system however communication is the biggest part of customer service.
