As they have a whatsapp number available on their website I sent them a message As they didn't reply I called them several times within they labor hours but they never answered the Phone.

I had a great experience. It's a fact that the item delivered had a scratch but it's also a fact that it was very easy to revolve. A new piece was delivered on time and the broken one was returned.

Very unprofessional. I texted them on WhatsApp (since they added this service to their website) they never answer. I called them couple of time “during their working time” they never pick up the phone ! And then, after exposing them, she get back at me “with attitude” to inform me that they only reply during working time!! And I have Been Whatsapping and calling them all day !!! And I have the WhatsApp and calls registered as a proof … Bref ! I tried to ask her for an couple of items that am interested to buy ! Again they never get back at me !!!! Very unprofessional and rude !
We have ordered several pieces of furniture from this supplier. Although the goods were delivered on time, they arrived in a damaged condition. The provider did not respond to the immediate complaint, but told us that someone would get in touch - now two weeks later the provider has turned silent and no longer responds. It looks like we now have to take legal action against the company - stay away from this company

The after sales service by Pilar was very good..........however the Product was of poor quality and very difficult to assemble due to the frames being twisted "out-of-square" and the threaded wood inserts were put in out-of-line. The wood finish is very poor. Altogether a poor product.
Very many manufacturers make this product........so please select a better one !
Don’t buy here. The cabinet, I bought, came with a damage. The general quality of the cabinet is very low - the doors are difficult to open, traces of ink on the surface, bad workmanship.
The worst is the service. Nobody wants to help, on my emails I get “copy and paste” answers. I asked to send the item back - no reaction.
