I’m having a lovely time selling products on Vinted. Easy to use and post products for sale. A reliable platform. Secure payments and transactions. I started selling on Vinted as a hobby, but sales exceeded my expectations, and soon I want to start a secondhand business. Who knows, maybe in the near future I'll have a Vinted PRO account.

The system Vinted has designed is brilliant. It is easy to post items, and shipping is handled well and affordably. However, it is worth noting that:

- communication is very difficult, mainly involving pre-written text. Arguments are neither read nor accepted.
- very strict interpretation of the guidelines often leads to frustration, especially if you are working correctly yourself and their algorithm gets it wrong. Input is virtually impossible.

You can tell that Vinted has an Eastern Bloc mentality. It is a shame, because you constantly have to act in fear of being removed.

This is a failed platform that helps people steal.

I got blocked because I listed a Zara jacket, and they said it was fake (honestly, it’s the first time I hear that Zara items are even faked). I contacted them and sent all the proof — the invoice and even an email from Zara when I ordered the package and when it arrived.

I waited for a long time, and in the end, they replied with an automatic message saying the item is fake. Honestly, that’s ridiculous — I’m sure they didn’t even look at the evidence.

Let me add something else: after blocking me, many buyers ask for refunds so they can keep the item for free. Since Vinted supports this kind of behavior, they cancel the order and refund them.

So basically, they take your items and your money.

Be careful with this scam platform.

Very good app

Im giving 4 stars as it is so easy to sell items and im happy someone can wear and use clothes I barely ever wear which helps environment. It is super easy to use and the system seems very simple yet effective. One thing i would say is a t minus is multiple sellers who resell cheap stuff from temu and shein. As far as i dont mind people selling those things after actually using it for reasonable price but selling a dress bought for 7 euro with price of 35 is not great. So as a seller im perfectly happy but as a buyer im reluctant to buy anything as i dont know if im not a victim of this type of reselling practices. Most of very nice items found, I looked up and found for cheaper elsewhere, new. If that was somehow moderated, it would be the easiest 5*!
