This selling platform is used by thousand of sellers and buyers. Selling an item can be very quick if this item is valuable.

Why do so many people like/watch my listibgs but nobody buys even after i messaged them?
Also, when do i get my fast delivery badge? I just sent three packages within 24h

I'd like to be able to sell, but my account keeps getting blocked because I don't have a professional account, even though I've followed all the steps. Vinted is blocking it on their end! They have absolutely no consideration! I think it's all managed by AI because they have no human touch! And they can't find a solution! I've been waiting for three weeks now, and I keep getting the same message: "Your request is being processed."

Vinted forcing illegal return of counterfeit item – User: Julia-Annabell

I am writing this as a final warning. Vinted is currently facilitating the sale of a counterfeit Vendula London bag and ignoring all evidence. I provided over 50 (!!!) detailed photos of the fake item. Even the seller admitted in the chat they have no proof of purchase.
Instead of protecting the buyer, Vinted is forcing me to return this illegal item to the seller by tomorrow morning (April 28th). If I don't, they will release my money to the scammer.
Shipping counterfeit goods is a CRIME in Europe, yet Vinted is explicitly instructing me to do so.
I have been stuck in an automated loop for 2 weeks. Every time a "specialist" is supposed to respond, I get a copy-paste message. They are clearly stalling until the return timer runs out. Vinted support is unilaterally closing my chat sessions.

I demand an immediate human review and a freeze on the return timer. Stop protecting scammers

Very disappointing experience selling on Vinted.
I sold a pair of designer shoes in clean condition. The buyer said she needed them urgently for a birthday, then opened a complaint immediately after receiving them and requested a return.

I accepted the return in good faith. However, the buyer kept the shoes for several days before sending them back.

When I received them, they were clearly dirtier than when sent and had additional damage inside. It was obvious they had been used after delivery.

I provided photos showing the condition before sending, the buyer’s own photos during the complaint, and the condition after return. The timeline was clear.

Despite this, Vinted closed the case in the buyer’s favour and did not appear to properly review the evidence.

My issue is not only the money lost, but a dispute system that seems rushed and unfair to honest sellers.

I would be very careful selling valuable items on this platform.

Easy to use, many items

I never received a €100+ reimbursement via vinted and their customer service was not helpful at all (perhaps ai?), they were not able to provide with the basic information (the ARN) of the payment so my bank could track the money. An official complaint also did not help. Still waiting for a solution after 4 months….
