A buyer takes several goods in one package. All are sold separately and fit it a small package each. Vinted sends a label for a smallest package where several goods must fit? That is fraud.

Vinted Refunded Buyer Despite Confirmed Delivery — Seller Lost Item + Money...
I sold a jacket on Vinted and shipped it via DPD. The tracking clearly shows the parcel was delivered to and collected by the buyer. However, Vinted's system incorrectly marked it as "returned to sender" on the same day, closed the transaction, and refunded the buyer.

I have nothing
I contacted support multiple times via chat and email, provided DPD tracking proof, and even received a confirmation from DPD that Vinted is the contractual sender and must initiate the investigation. Vinted refused to escalate, ignored my requests, and closed the case without resolution.
This is a clear platform error that caused financial loss to the seller. Buyer kept the item and money, and Vinted refused to review the delivery evidence.
Very unprofessional service. I will escalate this to EU consumer protection authorities.

Fake stanley cup
Honestly, some time ago I bought a fake Stanley cup. I didn’t pay much for it, but it was still my money, and I was pleasantly surprised when Vinted did everything possible to help me get my money back 🥺 I didn’t even think there was a 2% chance I’d get it back, but it still happened 🥰 This app really does a good job 💖

Vinted is nice and easy to use! It has a safe selling mechanism and I’ve never had problems with buying or selling anything on there :) You can easily report listings if you see something weird or disturbing and the app is helpful for when you want to ship something out ! I’d recommend Vinted to everyone , in my opinion it’s better and easier to understand than most other “second hand marketplace” apps ^_^

am extremely disappointed with Vinted’s service. I ordered shoes from a seller, but I received the wrong size. I reported the issue immediately, yet neither the seller replied nor did I receive any response from Vinted Support. It has now been 10 days and I am still waiting without any update.
This is completely unacceptable customer service and very frustrating for buyers who trust this platform. I kindly request that my payment be refunded as soon as possible because this issue has not been resolved at all.
The absolute worst customer service…
The absolute worst customer service ever. A buyer left a malicious review even though the item was flawless and all sizes were correctly listed. When I asked for help and a supervisor escalation, the Vinted support bots literally blocked and forcefully closed my chat every 1 minute.

Ich bin im Moment dreifach betroffen: ein Paket als Verkäuferin (seit März verschwunden), zwei als Käuferin. In allen Fällen zahlt man Gebühren für einen Schutz, der im Ernstfall nicht funktioniert.
Nach anfänglichen Vertröstungen („noch nicht lange genug verschollen”) und der Zusicherung einer Prüfung: komplettes Schweigen. Eine Verkäuferin, die aktiv nach meinem Paket sucht, wird zwischen Vinted und GLS hin- und hergeschoben, ohne Ergebnis.
Dass Pakete verloren gehen kann passieren. Aber Kunden systematisch zu ignorieren, während man Schutzgebühren kassiert, das ist kein Serviceproblem, das ist Täuschung.
Schade um das Konzept – umweltfreundlich, sinnvoll, aber mit diesem Support schlicht nicht nutzbar.

I’m affected three times at the moment: one package as a seller (missing since March), two as a buyer. In all cases you pay fees for a protection, which doesn’t work when you need it.
After initial stalling (“not missing long enough yet”) and a promise to investigate: complete silence. A seller actively trying to locate my package is being bounced back and forth between Vinted and GLS, with no resolution.
Packages getting lost happens. But systematically ignoring customers while collecting protection fees, that’s not a service issue, that’s deception.
A pity about the concept – sustainable, worthwhile, but simply unusable with this level of support.

Easy to use, safe payment system and great communication with buyers and sellers. I’ve had only positive experiences so far. Shipping process is simple and fast. Definitely recommend!

Easy access to the app. So many categories of products I can list. No hidden fees. Simple and clear instructions.
Only once I have experienced a system failure to mark the parcel as received by buyer but we are trying to cooperate and fix it.
So far, there were no other issues.

Avoid Vinted if you are a seller
Avoid Vinted if you are a seller! Their dispute resolution is a complete joke and deeply unfair. I sold a brand new Lego set worth 40€. The package was heavily damaged and punctured by the courier (DPD) during transit. Instead of using their transport insurance, Vinted automatically blamed me for "insufficient packaging" without even looking at the mechanical damage on the box.
They fully refunded the buyer, closed the case, and allowed the buyer to KEEP the Lego set for free! The buyer now has both my 40€ and my item, while I am left with zero compensation and no item. Vinted refuses to help and tells me to "contact the buyer privately" to beg for my item back. This is an unacceptable business practice that rewards dishonest behavior, especially when more expensive items are involved. Absolutely zero protection for sellers!
Inferior Quality and Unresponsive Servic
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. A large portion of the items I received were either clearly counterfeit or significantly lower quality than described on the site. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of action or accountability from the platform regarding these issues.
The customer service experience has been equally frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with support, and resolving problems takes far too long. As a buyer, the process feels unfair from start to finish. When returning falsely described items, customers are expected to cover both the original shipping costs, return shipping, and additional fees — despite the issue not being their fault.
The entire experience has resulted in a complete loss of trust in the platform. Shopping here no longer feels reliable or safe, and unfortunately I can no longer recommend it to others.
Absolutely hate the user interface and…
Absolutely hate the user interface and customer service. The clothes are nice but definitely not worth it if one has to wait over a month to simple return something that has defect and wait another 25 days at minimum to find out if it's even possible to return it all this after paying extra for some kind of buyer protection. In the day of fast fashion and shipping it's an absolute dissapointment to waste a good business model on the worst most annoying shipping process and even worse customer service that has no interest in the customer. First time user: never ever using again.
