Very good and intelligent; everything is very good and not complicated.

Vinted promotes fraud and criminal activity. I sold an item on Vinted. The buyer reported that it had not been delivered, even though it had been delivered. The package was marked as delivered. Vinted then refunded the buyer, who subsequently listed the product on another person’s account. Here I am, without any money and without my item.

Vinted claims that I am not entitled to my payment because I did not send them a photo of the package — but how would I be able to do that when it was already with the buyer?

Vinted told me to wait 25 days in case the package would be returned. Now that I have contacted them again, they say I have lost all rights because I did not respond correctly during the complaint process.

How can this happen? How can they support criminal activity like this?

I've only been with Vinted for a short time, but I've already had many positive experiences. I think the payment via the wallet is great. I hope I can buy and sell many more good things.

I had uploaded a skirt from my daughter. It got liked tens of times, but no offer was ever made. I had already decided to give it away as a gift to a friend when - after 4 weeks! - it got bought. And even together with another skirt that hadn’t even received a like so far (but which was equally adorable…).
This is something that can only happen on Vinted, where the articles stay put no matter how long ago they were shared.

It's ok in general. Though I was trying to sell my old Xbox gamepad. Made photos of holographic stickers, serial numbers etc - still the moderator flagged it as counterfeit. I asked him twice what was the problem - answer was "we can't tell you, just accept it or we ban your account". Ehhm, what?

Selling on Vinted is super easy, from process to sale to delivery. I am really enjoying the process and have sold many items very quickly. I highly recommend this app for selling your unwanted items,

I got scammed at Vinted. Seller sent a jacket completely different to what I paid for. Vinted did absolutely nothing even tho I paid the mandatory "buyer protection" and released the payment to the scammer despite my complaints.

They are scammers
I bought UGG on vinted
They were too small
I wanted to sell the same item, and they block it as not original
So first they allowed to be sold as original but than resold not?
I keep appealing but there is AI only answering
They also took money from me for bunping the ad and than they blocked it- but money never returned
