Super easy to use, great marketplace. Good customer support if necessary

Bought a pair of shoes here on vinted for 80 euro. The parcel never arrived and after 3 weeks i noticed that I had received an email that my package had been delievered even though I wasnt even in the country at that date. Tried to chat with vinted but they only told me that I wouldnt get the money back because I noticed it first 24 hours after it happened. Total scam company

*****BEWARE*****DISGRACEFUL customer service. Sold multiple items to one buyer, they broke 1 of the items then received a full refund and kept ALL my items! I did not get compensated for it being broken in transit. AVOID THIS PLATFORM SELLERS BEWARE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

I would have given it 5 stars as i have used vinted SO much over the past 3 years, both for selling and buying. I had a good reputation on my vinted account with many 5 star reviews. I tried to post an item last week and thats when i suddenly got logged out and received a message that my account is permanently blocked for selling counterfeit items. i did NOT sell counterfeit items and never have. i appealed the block but they didn’t accept. I’m really upset and dissapointed because I really really love buying from vinted and selling my stuff :(

Feels like team Vinted will do anything for you not to be able to return an item even if you buy a broken item that was sold as new,

Very disappointing experience with Vinted support. I was insulted by a seller and received no real help from Vinted. Because the order was suspended by Vinted due to courier issue, I couldn’t even block the seller and kept receiving insults from them.
The order is still suspended and Vinted doesn't provide any update.
Poor support, lack of protection, and no accountability.

It was awful. If there is a refund because they have made a mistake you have to cover the shipping cost. They didn't get responsability in a mistake of their own in a shipping process and I have to lose my money of the purchase or pay the shipping cost of the return, in a mistake made by them!! I don't think this is even legal! I am going to present a claim in the customer office.

La app descargada no me permite poner reseñas en App Store, tiene capada esa opción o no está funcionando. Otra ilegalidad, he probado con otras aplicaciones y sí me funciona esta opción.

Ok app but the customer service and seller protection is awfull

I’ve being using the app 3 years 5 star seller - and I’m really tired of the way that they deal with problems and help users. Chatbot dealing between customers and delivery companies destroying packages and o have to lose my money for that.
They are charging you protection fees for nothing.
Never again, they lost a user forever

It’s a good platform to sell things you don’t use. It’s very visual and easy. I really recommend it.

Worse customer service. They block your account without raisons and it's impossible to contact them.

Very nice place to sell your things which you don’t need any more, but they still are in the good shape. I love that it’s not closed by only one country so sells go faster. Also bought a couple of beautiful pieces ♥️

It’s very easy to use this app . Also receive the money very quikly after the send the product.
