Why restrict an account for no reason? 5 items for sale and we come to call it massive sales?? In addition, when requests are made to know what it is about, we end up with shaky answers. In short, I liked the application until this incident but instead of deleting honest accounts that do nothing wrong, you better delete accounts using AI at least one real action will be taken in this case.

Not the best experience. Simply modifying a price led to delays and extra checks, which feels unnecessary.

Alors que c'est la première fois que je fais un compte chez eux. C'est vraiment n'importe quoi. Je n'ai même pas mis un article en vente, le compte est déjà bloqué, c'est inadmissible !

Really bad and disappointing. I had just created my Vinted account and they immediately sent me a message saying it was blocked because my username had supposedly been used for fraud, blah blah… even though it’s my first time ever signing up. It makes no sense at all. I didn’t even list a single item for sale and the account is already blocked. It’s unacceptable!

I never thought I would write something like this, but my experience with Vinted has honestly been exhausting and upsetting.

I’ve spent over 3 years building my account from scratch. 5-star reviews, more than 1,000 followers, loyal buyers… this wasn’t just a side hobby, it was something I worked on every single day.

As a Pro seller, I have always followed the rules. I have never sold anything prohibited. I only sell carefully selected vintage pieces, item by item, with attention to authenticity and quality.

And yet, my account keeps getting blocked for no valid reason.

The worst part is not even the block itself, it’s the feeling of complete powerlessness. One day everything is fine, the next day your listings are gone, your income is gone, and no one can properly explain why.

Support gives different answers every time. One agent admits it was a mistake, another says the decision is final. Conversations get closed without resolution, and you’re left stuck with no real explanation.

It creates constant stress. You start questioning everything, even when you’ve done nothing wrong.

What hurts the most is realizing how little protection sellers actually have. You can invest years into building something, do everything by the book, and still see it disappear overnight.

I used to genuinely enjoy selling on this platform. Now it just feels unstable and unfair.

I find it a shame not to be able to deactivate shipping by Vinted Go as a buyer. I have few options near me and all the boxes are full. This caused me to lose sales, which is a shame!

I wa using vinted for many years and during this time I faced so many problems even if I have more than 200, 5 ⭐ each time when create a listing to sell luxury brand, boom they say it's a fake and block account, and as you already know the customer service is chaotic and provide no any solution, and also if you got scammed by a dishonest buyer then for sure you'll have no money and you loose your item ( I talk with proof ).
use vinted for cheap items, but very very carefully.

That's right a lot of people abuse they negociate for 30centimes , ridiculous!!

I haven't been able to log into my account for months. I try to reset my password and nothing works. The support team is giving me no answers. The situation is ridiculous.

Transaction cancelled by Vinted after the buyer claimed a minor issue during transport. The buyer was refunded, but the item was never returned to me. Vinted closed the case without ensuring the return of the item, leaving me with neither the product nor the payment. Support refused to escalate the issue or provide a proper resolution.

It changes my life i used to dress myself with cheap fast fashion and now i buy brands with quality and style i am so beautiful that i learn to say no to All that women Who jump on me in the streets (ok the last part is just in my head) but Really cool application 👍

Too many negotiation and very few people accept the price proposed. At the same time they do a lot of questions without reading the description and then they disappear . So a lot of time is wasted without any sell. The experience is worst than some time ago and the level of products and costumers is going down

Hello, this morning my account was suspended for alleged sale of counterfeit items and creation of multiple accounts.
I am a 5-star seller with an excellent track record, hundreds of successful sales and zero complaints from buyers. I have never sold counterfeit items and I have not been provided with any specific evidence regarding the items in question.
Regarding the multiple accounts: I only had a secondary profile years ago which I personally deleted; this was the only active account I was using. I have not created any other profiles.
I have already submitted an official appeal explaining everything and I am available to send any proof (detailed photos, receipts, etc.). I kindly request a review of my case because the suspension seems to be a mistake and I am losing the possibility to sell and withdraw my pending funds.

Pros: The platform is powerful and great.
Cons: When packages are in transit through Vinted's warehouses, anything can happen—such as your package getting lost—and after that, it's hard to reach the platform's customer service.
Vinted needs to improve its customer service and streamline its warehouse processes.

I had a very disappointing experience with Vinted regarding a counterfeit item.

I purchased a product advertised as authentic (LEGO), but what I received was clearly **fake**: missing branding, no identification codes, and visibly different from the original.

I immediately reported the issue and provided evidence. The transaction was suspended and an investigation was opened. However, despite this, I was later instructed to **return the counterfeit item at my own expense** in order to receive a refund.

This is where the problem becomes serious.

Vinted’s own policy states that **counterfeit items should not be returned and should not be put back into circulation**. Yet, their support team gave me **contradictory instructions**, asking me to ship the item anyway.

So, on one hand they acknowledge the issue, and on the other hand they ask the buyer to handle and resend a fake product. This is inconsistent and unacceptable.

Customer support has been slow, repetitive, and unable to provide a clear and coherent solution. I had to repeat the same explanations multiple times without any real progress.

As a buyer, I expected protection and clarity in a situation involving counterfeit goods. Instead, I faced confusion, delays, and requests that do not align with their own rules.

Unless this situation is properly resolved, I will not use this platform again.

I strongly advise other users to be cautious when purchasing branded items and to be aware that resolving such issues may not be straightforward.

I love vinted. i love the quality of sellers, the communication, the feeling of community and affordability of so many nice products. whenever I need to buy something, I first check vinted. like always. I am so happy it exists:(
