Vinted is the best second hand app for selling in Europe. I hope, in the future, that additional european countries will be part of this marketplace.

The app is SOOOO annoying with the descriptions monitoring. I like so picky I have an item that has a built in bra padding and it’s continuously says that I’m putting something wrong in the description and then when you want to reach out to someone to talk about it there’s no contact information.

Vinted Is really user friendly and it reaches shoppers from far away with very small rates for delivery.

Good experience. Products interesting and usually inexpensive products. I usually use the website and not the application because the images are bigger and I can better evaluate the purchases to make. delivery service usually works very well except during holiday periods where it slows down a lot I imagine due to the numerous transactions and shipments.

It's really a great app to sell clothes and it's more faster.

It is easy to sell my pre loved items on Vinted,seeing that I can make money from my pre loved items also makes me happy thank you vinted

Iam not happy about last seller i did about vaso 1 mt because bartolini courier broke my item and vinted send to me a text my item is not the same.
My buyer complain about courier but vinted didn't do nothing.
Just i have been luchy cause buyer trusted me and accept my box item.

Vinted seem to have implemented AI to virtually run the platforms anti counterfeit, trademark protection and general safety. It is not working. Having listed genuine items for sale, I was swiftly banned. This was odd, as I was able to locate 47 other listings in one search selling the same products, descriptions and brands.

The AI needs a lot of work, but worse is customer service. You are not even able to chat. Not a helpful or friendly platform for selling your items. Best to stick to much better platforms offering real customer service with humans who can understand the messages you send.

I would add that the items were customised game controllers. No issues selling elsewhere, perfectly legitimate items. Vinted, invest in people and customer service, AI isn't the answer every time.

Great experienceThe app is very user-friendly, easy to list items, and the shipping process is seamless. I just made my first sale and everything went perfectly. Highly recommended for buying and selling

Very good Platform but there are some scammers that buy the product and then make wrong reports

I was able to get rid of a lot of stuff that I wasn't using anymore.
The app it's fast and reliable.
