Not complete selection of choices…

Not complete selection of choices describing product you sell, same for rejection of received product if it does not suite your needs,
Also not possible delete messages you don't need, leaving plenty trash on your account there including letters from Vinted, as if it would be a letter from "sacred cow"

Great experience

Great experience – fast sales and user-friendly!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Vinted so far. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. What I like the most is the huge community – there are many potential buyers, so my items usually sell very quickly. Also, the service fees are relatively low compared to other platforms, which makes it a fair place for both buyers and sellers. Highly recommended!

Poor customer support and buggy

Poor customer support. A lot of bugs and team gives zero Fs about it as impossible to get meaningful human interaction for support. New product upload issue was there for about 2-3 months and no one got back to me while reported the issue multiple times.

I bought a jacket

I bought a jacket; the seller was supposed to ship it within 5 days, but didn’t respond to my messages. After 5 days, I canceled the purchase, but VINTED left a negative review—not for the seller, but for me! I contacted the support team and was told to leave VINTED if I didn’t like their policies. Vinted does not follow its own rules . The support team threatened to delete my account if I argued with them. Absurd. What jerks.

Great app

Great app - the seller only receives money for the item when the buyer confirms that they have received the item and everything is fine, the buyer can communicate with the seller. In addition, the app and its search are constantly being improved. I have not had any problems

I had a very disappointing and…

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Vinted.lt, and I strongly do NOT recommend this platform, especially for sellers.

I sold a coat that was in perfect condition. It was carefully and securely packaged — multiple layers of wrapping, including thick plastic and extensive tape. Even the buyer later confirmed that the packaging was very well done.

However, after nearly two weeks in transit from Lithuania to Finland, the item arrived damaged. The coat had a clear cut on the side, as if it had been sliced with a knife. The buyer also sent me photos of the package, which was visibly cut open — clearly indicating that the damage happened during transportation, not before shipping.

Despite this obvious evidence, Vinted’s customer support refused to take responsibility. Instead, they claimed the item was “poorly packaged” and used this as an excuse to deny compensation. As a result:

- I did not receive any payment
- The buyer kept the damaged item
- I was left with nothing — no money, no item

What makes this even worse is how unhelpful and unprofessional their customer support is. They repeatedly sent copy-pasted, generic responses, completely ignoring the actual details and evidence provided. It felt like talking to a script, not a real support team.

They also made no effort to contact the shipping company or file a damage claim — something that clearly should have been done in this situation. Instead, they simply chose the easiest option for themselves, leaving me to bear the loss.

This experience shows that Vinted does not protect its sellers at all. If something goes wrong during shipping, you risk losing both your item and your money, while support does nothing to help.

I strongly advise against using this platform. The risk is simply too high.
