Telepass toll box did not arrive
I ordered a Telepass toll box on 25 June. It did not arrive until 11 July when I started my journey. I started to send enquiry letters on 1 July on, practically every second day, to no avail, I only got automatic replies telling me to contact DHL. DHL does not have a phone number, only an automatic link which showed me that my package did not move from Frankfurt. Nobody answers vintrica's Customer Service phone, so when there's a problem with an order you can't do anything. Finally I sent an official complaint demanding a refund which arrived on 17 July.

You just need vehicle registration…
You just need vehicle registration number and country and that’s all. You make so complicated, it needed me 15 min to apply and get vignette. I hate it to do it and it’s not possible just to buy vignette like in austria where is so simple. Buy and stick it to the car. You are necessary evil i must deal with.

Too much service fees!
I have been a loyal customer and purchased highway vignettes from Vintrica dozens of times in the past. However, your service fees and commission rates have simply crossed the line. Charging such an exorbitant service fee relative to the cost of a vignette is completely unreasonable.
Because of these excessive charges, I am officially done using your service. You have lost a frequent customer, and I will be buying my vignettes directly from official providers from now on.
