It was a nice jacket but the zipper isn't working well .
It came on good time the service was good but the jacket zipper is not good . Well like to know how can I return it to fix or to choose something else .

Good service with good quality cloths
I received the products in time, well packed and I was impressed with the quality of the received products. Second hand, yet in very good condition; I will come back to shop more cloths for my three year old.

Photos and retour service bad
I bought last time a couple skirts. The pictures in the website show it the front but the reality was that the picture was the back and the front was really bad.
Other time, the size was wrong the website said was one size but the reality was that the size in the item was different more small. I call and the answer was that I can retour it but I need to pay. And that was not my mistake. I think the retour part it is really bad. Also the picture show one thin but when I get them they really look more use or old than in the picture.
