This casino is disgraceful and fraudulent. You have absolutely no chance of winning.
Bonuses: I received a 1000 CZK bonus and won 80,000 CZK, but at that very moment 75,000 CZK disappeared with the explanation that, with the bonus, I am only entitled to 5× the bonus amount.
But that wasn’t the worst part. At the same moment, a loading error appeared in the game, and then the winnings were reduced by two decimal places. So when playing with 100 CZK, the winnings were often just a few crowns. For the same symbols that would normally give you, for example, 5,000 CZK, it was only 50 CZK. The whole game looped and repeated every 50 spins. Bonus multipliers disappeared, and you wouldn’t see them again until you lost everything.
Winning is never possible. At any amount, a loading error appears, and you just spin endlessly without results.
If you request account closure, for example due to illness, it is not possible.
