Truly Abysmal Customer Service
Truly abysmal Customer Service. I have been bombarded with ridiculous emails about using the product since placing my order. These were neither invited nor welcome. I asked the company to cancel my order TWICE & refund me. They ignored my emails & are shipping anyway. More utter, childish nonsense in the accompanying email. An example of the utter drivel that they include in their emails is as follows:
“The magic is happening; your precious items are being hand selected by one of the family right now. After being carefully placed in a row and checked for damage, each can of spray, each pot of dye is saying their last goodbyes to one another. They’ve had a tremendous journey so far; Having come from the far-off lands of Canada and Europe, they lay in wait here at VinylDye HQ for one lucky customer who wants to transform something they own to look exactly they way THEY always wanted. After the last goodbyes, they are carefully put in the strongest cardboard bubble envelopes for the final leg of their journey. Soon you’ll get an email from one of our shipping partners, they will keep you updated on this story, your story, to the perfect colour. Enjoy your project, we love to hear about all projects and love photos even more. Please do just reply to this email with some before and after photos, and we’ll share them with the world, with our without your name as you request, but if you don’t request, we won’t include your full name. Have a wonderful day. From Jenny & Adam and the VinylDye team.”
It remains to be seen if the product turns up. Steer WELL CLEAR of this company. They are unreliable. I will update if/as necessary.

Totally useless. Took my money, didn't supply the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Going to have a trip to Chester and knock on their door - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Good products awful service.
The products are good, but you can get them at other outlets. HOWEVER, the customer service is awful, actually it’s non existent. I emailed them, AND sent a later with a sample asking advise on a colour match. Never replied! Messaged them through FB page, said they would check…guess what, nothing!

Product TRG the one was very poor, after 2 coats did not give a true dye, very patchy. Customer service is completely inadequate, did not answer my email. I would not recommend using this company.
