Great experience.

They have been great to deal with from start to finish. They were quick in setting up the collection of and the inspection of my records and despite the fact much of what I sent off turned out not to be worth much, they payed me for the records that were acceptable and sent the rest back to me. I got a very fair price for my records and they were always prompt and friendly in their email exchanges with me. I would definitely recommend Vinylnet for anyone looking to sell their records.

Really disappointing experience

Really disappointing experience. Had a voucher which unbeknownst to me had expired when I tried to use. It was a gift from my sister in law for my 40th. Only 12 months time limit which is virtually unheard of these days post Covid with most companies being 2 years, 5 years, or no time limit at all. They wouldn’t honour it. Contacted them several and got some response but then they just stopped. Essentially they’ve just taken money for something and not supplied the goods. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Hi Paddy, we're really sorry you felt you had to leave a 1-star review here. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, and we make that very clear at every stage - both in the ordering process and on the voucher itself. Unlike a lot of companies, we don't hide the expiry in the small print - in fact, we print the exact expiry date in block lettering very largely and clearly across the voucher so customers can't miss it. When you contacted us, your voucher had already been expired for over 4 months. We're sorry that you didn't spend it, but I'm afraid the voucher system is automated and codes automatically expire after a year and there isn't anything we can do. Take care and best wishes.

Great service, highly recommended.

I ordered four albums from Vinylnet, all arrived in good time and well protected.

Quality was excellent and matched the grading.

I'm finding it hard to find good suppliers of second-hand records, Vinylnet is one of the best I've found so far. Will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic website

Fantastic website, came across the website on Google search and thought I'd try it out I've noticed older vinyls tend to play alot better than the repressed vinyls nowadays and as I like older music of the 60s and 70s this website is a blessing had my first order delivered and the vinyls were crystal clear gave them abit of record cleaner and a wipe over to shine them up all play perfect no problems at all, sleeves were alot better than I thought just abit of wear around the edges nothing serious, arrived within 48hours which surprised me as I ordered late night so was alot sooner then expected, great service will be ordering again very soon 👍

Great little record shop on Edinburgh's…

Great little record shop on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. Lots of reasonably priced collectable vinyl which regularly changes, so visit often for the best stuff. They also do T-shirts, CDs, DVDs and posters and are very helpful and friendly. They also have a website, Vinylnet.co.uk which has tens of thousands of items which you can have delivered to pick up at the shop as well as at home. Spent many an hour there. They also buy vinyl and CDs

Look no further if you are hunting for used Vinyl music

Having recently rediscovered vinyl after years of being beguiled by the clinical sounding CD format, I was on the hunt for used vinyl albums from my favourite 70's/80's bands. I stumbled across Vinylnet when surfing the net and decided to give them a go. I have just received my first four albums and was not disappointed, all exactly as described, well packed and despatched quickly and I couldn't be more chuffed. If, like me, you are rediscovering vinyl and building a collection from scratch then I can recommend this consortium of sellers. Will be top of my list from now on for sure !!

Great wee website for vinyl

Great wee website for vinyl. You can actually see pics of what you're buying, which of course you can't on Discogs. A discount scheme kicks in if you buy 5 items too, which also seems a unique feature. Recommended.

I thought I would get my Liverpool fan…

I thought I would get my Liverpool fan the 'Never walk alone' record for Christmas and vinylnet made this process easy. They stated that they had 1 in excellent condition and I did not think that when it arrived it was going to be in such an excellent condition. Thank you
