I don’t even want to give them one star. I purchased a weekender bag and the zip broke on the first use, it has now been 16 days since my initial contact and I have sent numerous emails and messages on instagram and not a single response. Despite them being active and continuing to promote sales. Do not use this company, the quality is awful and the customer service is non existent
I ordered on 29/03/2024 and almost a month later, I haven’t received any shipping information or my order! I have sent 4 Instagram messages, 3 emails and commented on their Instagram posts asking for a response and received absolutely nothing. My messages were ignored despite the owner being active online and continuing to promote sales on the website. The customer service is non existent and after I posted on Facebook asking if this had happened to anyone else purchasing from violets, a friend commented who experienced exactly the same issues 3 years ago! I am soon to go on holiday and won’t have my items in time despite ordering well in advance and trying multiple times to resolve the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone and will take my money elsewhere in future. Take this as a warning!
