About two years ago at 65, I started with Zlata to play the violin, simply for my enjoyment. Her courses are wonderful, informative and helpful. This year, I performed my first Royal Concervatory Music Exam, made the Deans Honor List, and won the prestigious gold medal award for the Maritimes in Canada. Thank you, to Zlata and her team for exceeding my expectations and pursuing a life long goal!

I have enjoyed the free lessons Zlata has meticulously put together for beginners as well as the 3rd position challenge. I also referred to her Sensational Scales. Her tips are helpful, the play along slowly alongside with her or the app is useful for helping me in timing and intonation as well as bowing directions.

I am really grateful to Zlata for putting so much wonderful advice, teaching practice and excercises available to dip into in the few minutes I have spare.

Zlata is a wonderful help as I've decided to play the violin again after 30 years. She thoroughly covers various helpful aspects of being a violinist, from the instrument itself to great musical pieces to play, and amazing techniques that keep other people in the house from complaining, ha-ha. She's a wonderful teacher.

I am enrolled in Zlata's course for Bach's Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin. The course features lessons from multiple teachers, which gives different perspectives for how to play the pieces and different aspects of playing, from the purely technical to more theoretical. I've enjoyed playing violin for many years, but enrolling in the course and choosing to study these pieces has taken my playing to a new level of enjoyment and also given me greater hope of improving my skills than I have had in many years.

I can learn violin as I have wanted to but never had the opportunity. Learning classical violin is exactly what I wanted to learn. The course is an excellent step by step process. The mission statement of wanting to spread love, truth and beauty through violin music--a wonderful benefit for us all.

I've been following Zlata on YouTube for several months. Her videos are professional, warm, and engaging. I'd say if I didn't have a in person teacher that I like very much, I'd be signing on with Zlata! Either way, I'm lucky.

Violin Lounge is a very extensive and informative website! I use the metronome app every day for practice, it is so easy to use. Zlata's vast experience, combined with her lovely sense of humor and honesty, makes watching her videos or reading her newsletters so enjoyable. Plus there is information and free sheet music for violinists at every level!

I have purchased several courses, and even though I have played violin and studied for many years with a teacher, I still find these courses so useful for a quick refresh on bowing techniques and exercises for practicing.

If you are an adult beginner then Zlata‘s courses are perfect! She’s got you covered! She and her co-teachers on the courses are highly recommendable.
