Biome production and shipping SLOW

My Viome order is shipping AFTER my previous supply ran out. I should have had the new batch BEFORE I ran out!! Viome needs to fix their supply chain issues. Production and shipping takes over a month! They need to produce the product and shipping takes earlier so customers have a consistent supply.

Nothing changes.

Nothing changes.
The product is excellent, but delivery and support is less than awful.
I am a long-term subscriber. My credit card was charged on March 16th. Manufacturing did not start until March 25th and I did not receive my order until April 6th.
My conclusion is that Viome thinks I should finance their inventory. Support offers no credible response except to say that I should have my order start sooner. That makes no logical sense!

Fantastic service and products…

Fantastic service and products specially designed for me based on my test results. The food recommendations are the best. I have been following Viome’s recommendations and using all their products for 8 months and I am sleeping better, have more energy during the day, and noticing improvements to my memory and cognition. I tend to get them too early

I have to say I was skeptical when I sent in my information for a review of what I needed in terms of vitamins, etc but they hit the nail on the head. I have been using the items for only about a month and half but thus far am very satisfied.

I'm Benefiting

I love all the information I've been able to get from you folks. I like the way the app works and how much detail there is. Time frames seem a little slow for me, but I understand that it takes time to conduct the tests as well as to develop the probiotics and supplements.
