This is a SCAM! I have placed my order over 4 weeks now and I have not received my face pillow. I have emailed the company after 2 weeks to follow it up and have received a reply from Reese, customer support team, saying that she is closely tracking it. I replied by asking for the tracking number and never heard from again. I have emailed the company almost every other day since then to no avail. I even called their contact number, but no one ever picked up.

dont order, u'll never get it. they don't accept Paypal, which is suspicious. i still made an order 3weeks ago. no tracking number, Shop says 'ready to ship'. i send an email, they said "they are watching the tracking closely", total bullshit.
moral of the story, ill never make an order from a random company who doesn't take paypal. i think they even deleted their instagram account cuz a cant find it

I would not even give this company a Star but it was the only way to leave a review. I paid $59.19CDN for two pillows. I never received them. I have written the co many times. No one gets back to me. No tracking number received. Fake company they take your money & run. Stay away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a scam artist. Ordered a product and 21 days later I still don't have my product. They won't return emails. Fake website because now the page for the product I ordered "can't be found". Save yourself the hassle and run far away.
I've initiated a fraudulent charge claim with my bank.
