Now, say you're having some trouble with one of your keys, or something is just not working. The customer support from these guys is freaking phenomenal. They are patient, super knowledgeable, and kind. I always love talking to these guys, even with the pretense that something's gone wrong. They are great, love this company a ton.

Win 10 Pro OEM KEY GLOBAL-Lifetime = not lifetime
I had purchased 2 Windows 10 Pro OEM KEY GLOBAL-Lifetime in Dec 2023 for building two of my kids new PC's. Got around to doing the 2nd one last week and the activation failed for the 2nd key I never used. I contacted support as I was told 'trust VIP-scdkey, they'll re-issue you a key if activation has an issue'. NOPE! I was told it was too late and the best they could do is give me a promo code to buy again. What the hell is the point of a LIFETIME product if you can't activated at a later date? The best part is, the promo code the CSR gave me was a crappy code. On the CHECKOUT PAGE there was another code listed that gave a greater discount.
