scam, i paid for a win 11 key. Got my bank verification notification that the paiement was done yet it says that the order is still unpaid on the website pannel. Which keep redirect me to the paiement gateway. Initialy got redirected to this website from tomshardware website, can t trust anybody nowaday.

Bad shopping experience, but very good customer service for resolving issues.
The purchase experience was bad. I bought a Windows license, but when I installed it, it showed that it was already in use on another computer. In other words, it wasn't a unique, official license. The good part, which I want to highlight and is the only reason for this rating, is that the customer support chat responded quickly, and after I shared some screenshots, they were able to resolve the issue. The overall customer service experience was very good, but my purchase experience was poor.
