Repeated faults and no resolution – very poor after-sales service
I purchased an Indesit washing machine through European Home Appliances Spain and the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing.
Barely a month and a half after purchase, the appliance started to fail. Since then, I have experienced multiple identical breakdowns (the belt comes off and the drum stops spinning), with several technical interventions that have not solved the problem.
The most serious issue is that after the last repair, the washing machine broke down again the very same day after only two uses.
I have been without a basic household appliance for months, dealing with long waiting times, lack of proper solutions, and repeated ineffective repairs.
I have had to escalate the case to the Catalan Consumer Agency due to the lack of resolution.
Very poor after-sales service. I would not recommend this company.

He comprado una lavadora Indesit a través de European Home Appliances Spain y la experiencia postventa está siendo absolutamente decepcionante.
Apenas mes y medio después de la compra, el aparato comenzó a fallar. Desde entonces, he sufrido múltiples averías exactamente iguales (la correa se sale y el bombo deja de funcionar), con varias intervenciones del servicio técnico que no han solucionado el problema.
Lo más grave es que en la última reparación, la lavadora volvió a estropearse el mismo día tras solo dos usos.
Llevo meses sin poder utilizar un electrodoméstico básico, con tiempos de espera largos, falta de soluciones y continuas reparaciones ineficaces.

ante la falta de respuesta.
Muy mala gestión del servicio postventa. No lo recomendaría.
