Ordered a pair of Adidas trainers that I had been trying to obtain from various other sites (without success), when my parcel arrived it was a fake Versace cap/hat. I emailed customer services and was informed I couldn't return the hat and the trainers I ordered were no longer available. I asked for a refund and was refused and was offered a partial refund instead. I reluctantly agreed and was told it would take at least 7 days to reach my account. I wasn't surprised when the money wasn't refunded and after countless attempts to contact their customer services again I had to admit defeat. I have now seen comments on Facebook about this company (wish I had researched before purchasing).
