This is an review written by a person who was Flood and Fire Technician working for Rainbow International over 10 years and cleaned himself hundreds of square miles of different types of carpets.
- booked yesterday, they came today on time to clean heavily stained carpets in my 1st floor 2 bedroom flat,
- they brought clean and maintained carpet cleaning equipment ( I checked inside tanks of carpet cleaning machine ),
- uniformed and very experienced carpet cleaner providing bespoke customer service in best professional manner,
- the difficult-ish task has been completed in timely manner to my undiluted pleasure,

I originally contacted them by email, very responsive and straight forward. On the day of the booking they arrived on time, very friendly and easy-going. We booked a carpet cleaning for the hallways/staircase for our 3-floor townhouse. Carpet looked good, the guys did a great job and will definitely book them again.

Professional and Fantastic services
I’m so impressed with how my sofas and carpets look now. I have a toddler and a husky, and they sure can dirty up Carpets & furniture! I was so embarrassed by how bad my sofas looked so I had tried to clean them with a Rug Doctor, but that barely made a difference! It's a professional and precise carpet, upholstery cleaning service. Always on time and excellent customer service. The gentleman who cleans our sofa and carpets always explains step by step what is he doing and what detergents he uses and give tips how to keep it clean and to last for longer.
