I always used VIP either online or at the stands but recently I ordered in error (completely my mistake) but when I requested to set up a return I was told they do not accept returns but on the website it states there’s a 30 day returns policy. Absolute waste of money so ordered the correct items elsewhere and won’t be returning now.
