I ordered some kit for my son for Christmas from Viper10 and got an email giving the order number and confirming that it was being processed. Weeks have passed and no sign of a delivery

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Created a wonderful design for us and were really accommodating to any changes we requested. The sample designs were made and the order was processed very quickly

Excellent customer service throughout the entire process for our Hockey Touring kit!

I haven’t got the kit yet, but if it is anything close to how good the customer service of this company is, then it will be amazing.

Huge shout out to Ashleigh who sorted out everything during the process; Every small change to the kit, and in order volumes. It can’t be easy to sort out kit for 35 people!

I will definitely be using this service again when it’s required.

The service we have received has been excellent. Ashleigh has been extremely helpful and patient while we design and redesign products. Quality of all the items has been great. Delivery has always been on time or early, with 2 lots of dresses arriving within 3 weeks. We have tried lots of suppliers for our dresses and sublimated items, over the last few years, and have always been let down or disappointed with the service or quality of products we have received. It has been a refreshing change and experience dealing with Ashleigh and Viper10.

Ashleigh made the designing and ordering process very easy, and they were happy to be patient with us while we made quite a few changes !
Our dresses are going to arrive on Monday which is exactly on schedule.

Excellent designs and quick delivery turn around. Great customer service from Ashleigh. The only downside is the minimum order of 10 but the majority of team kit providers have the same requirement. But the quality and service at viper makes up for this slight issue.

A fantastic service. We had numerous changes made to the order as well as sponsorship logos to add; Ashleigh dealt with it all efficiently and incredibly quickly. We were under time pressure to get the order done by the time the U14's headed up to Newcastle for the National Clubs finals. Ashleigh did an amazing job at ensuring this happened. I highly recommend Viper 10 for any new kit you want to order.
