Followers disappeared within a day, no response, no refund
I am the account owner for a follower order placed through Viplikes on December 9.
The followers were delivered briefly and then disappeared completely, returning my account to the original number. The service did not last even a day.
We followed up for several weeks. During that time, Viplikes attempted one refill, but all followers from that refill disappeared within an hour. After that, they stopped responding to refill requests. Since the paid service was no longer present and no effective refill was provided, we requested a refund.
I emailed Viplikes directly to report this and request a refund, but they never replied to my message. I was later included in a larger email thread where Viplikes acknowledged delivery issues and discussed refunds with the purchaser.
However, no refund was issued for any follower orders, including mine after which they stopped replying.
Based on my experience, the follower service was not delivered as advertised, and there was no meaningful support or refund.

Followers vanished, likes dropped, refund not received
I purchased multiple Twitter/X likes and follower services from Viplikes on December 9. The likes were partially delivered but unstable and dropped significantly after delivery. I reported the issue the same day and made it clear that my concern was not the refill window itself, but that the likes kept reverting toward their pre-order state.
Instead of answering that technical question, Viplikes responded twice with the same message about a 2–7 day refill window. When I followed up again to clarify why the likes appeared to be undoing themselves, their support replied:
“Unfortunately, our team cannot provide a specific reason as to why you are repeatedly sending the same copy-and-paste message more than 3 times a day.”
This response dismissed the issue rather than addressing why the service kept reversing.
The follower orders were briefly delivered and then completely disappeared. One refill attempt was made, but it did not last longer than an hour. After that, no further refill attempts were made, and all follower counts returned to their original numbers.
I first reported the issue on December 10. When the problem continued, I formally escalated on December 18 because support stopped responding in the original thread while the likes and followers continued to drop. The account owners I purchased these services for were already demanding their money back from me.
During escalation, Viplikes told me the following:
December 18: My complaint and refund request were being reviewed by a “higher department.”
December 19: My refund request was passed to the finance department and I would be contacted “asap.”
December 22: I was told the relevant department was “checking all circumstances” and that a request had been sent to speed up the process.
December 25: I was again told the refund was still under review and that I would receive an email after finance responded.
On December 30 after several follow ups, Viplikes sent their final reply stating:
“The selected products / amount will be refunded in about 2 hours. The refund amount will be available in the customer bank account after the refund is processed, depending on the issuing bank.”
This email listed only a partial refund ($7.53 USD out of $36.79 USD) and closed the conversation.
As of today, even that $7.53 USD has not been received.
No effective refill occurred, and none of the follower orders were refunded at all. The paid services are not present on the affected accounts.
These services were purchased on behalf of multiple account owners, whom I now have to refund out of my own pocket due to Viplikes’ failure to deliver or return the money.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.
Update: After continued follow-ups and after this review was posted, Viplikes finally issued the refunds. However, the refunds were not processed until weeks after the initial report and escalation and only occurred after public documentation of the issue.
The original issues remain accurate: delivery was unstable, followers disappeared entirely, refunds were delayed, and resolution did not occur within a reasonable timeframe.

The perfect service finally exists
I discovered this team by chance; their services are fast, the chat assistants are very kind, the prices are really low compared to the competition, and everything they state on the website is true and delivered. I highly recommend them for YouTube but also for other social networks like Instagram.
To reply to those who left reviews: followers are always lost once added — it’s not VipLikes’ fault but the Instagram and Facebook algorithm interfering with your profile.
