Absolutely Incredible Service
Last night at 9.14 pm I bought a special number and I was helped by Mark. The whole process was incredibly easy. Mark has been fantastic throughout. He has even called me this morning (a Saturday) and talked me through the whole process as well as sending me emails to explain how to transfer my number. The product and service is SIX Star. He has told me to call him back if I have any issues with EE.
Please use this company, they are amazing. FYI, I have spent 52 years in the customer service industry and I know good service when I get it. I have zero hesitation in praising this company.

Amazing service
Amazing service! I had no issues whatsoever, and was contacted promptly after placing the order. The SIM arrived the day after I asked for it - I was given the choice between having the physical SIM with the PAC or just the PAC.

Quick and simple!
I had been looking for a decent mobile number for a while having got tired of the standard ones that come with nearly all Sims out there that quite frankly don't stick in my head.
I found a number I liked on vip numbers and purchased it.
Within 2 hours I received an email from them asking if I wanted to be mailed the SIM card or have the PAC code emailed to me.
I opted for the PAC code and within a few minutes I received it in an email.
I have redeemed the code with my operator and the number is in the process of being ported.
Fast simple and efficient service from vip numbers I'm really impressed by them.
I was a bit skeptical at first but everything was quick and easy from payment to PAC code.

Brilliant - Buy with confidence !
Mark was wonderful to deal with - although we didnt actually speak on the phone - all our dealings were over whatsapp and sometimes at very odd hours
He was polite and always responded.
Basically a non nonsense way of getting a speical number. Defo be recommending his company. Buy with confidence - nothing to be concerned at all - Thanks Mark - and last thing he - he is was super patient with me - no pushy sales at all.
