Cat transport from Hampshire to Scotland
Esther recently transported our cat from North Hampshire up to Southern Scotland to a local cattery in advance of our house move. It was such a relief to know my cat was in very good hands! Esther was communicative from start to finish, advising the setup in the van for our cats trip and letting me know once she'd dropped her off at the cattery (including photos). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending VIP Pet Travel.

Esther was great in transporting a claustrophobic cat over quite a distance twice
Esther was great in transporting a claustrophobic noisy cat from London to Bristol, then Bristol to Cornwall. Our cat went to Bristol to stay with relative and their carer whilst we were moving house. The added reassurance was that the carer (a cat lover) was also impressed with Esther.
Realistically there were a few toilet incidents but they were to be expected.
When our cat arrived he settled straight away.
Other companies we tried were very vague in information but Esther explained the space and carrier in the van, necessary stops etc and updates along the way. Highly recommend for pet owners who need assurance their cat/dog is well looked after

Esther collected my kitten on time and delivered him safely to his new home with me. It was such a smooth and stress free arrangement and I’m so grateful. Kept me informed of progress and everything went perfectly. Definitely highly recommended.

I would absolutely use VIP Pet Travel again. Esther turned up exactly on time and kept me updated on her journey.
She is very knowledgable, the car and crate we all in good condition and she helped me arrange everything with the trainer at the final destination.
