Scam
Scam, supposed to receive tickets for Liverpool v galatasary, not received yet and game is tomorrow. No longer answering emails
This is a scam
This is a scam. £475 for cup final tickets. When questioned this week promised would be released to me at 17.30 16th march. Delayed due to club releasing tickets. Arsenal fc say this is an unauthorised site do not use . Wish I hadn’t. All so called good reviews from African/Asia on same 2 dates. No way did they fly over for football. Bad reviews from uk only I wonder why ….because it’s true . Don’t line the pockets of scammers . DO NOT USE
SCAM
SCAM - don’t purchase.
The company address changed yesterday from 1-3 George Street
Oxford, OXI 2AR - An empty building in rent at Savills
Today they have changed the address to another abandoned building 20 Grosvenor Way, London,
England, E5 9ND - company number - 12964597 - the company number is for a liquidated company of a shoe retailer. FEDORSNEAKS LTD
The company also claims to be a licensed partners for the teams in the FAQs “ We are licensed partners of the teams we sell tickets for. All tickets come directly from the issuing club and are guaranteed to be genuine tickets.”
I enquired with the club and they advised they are not licensed partners.
Please don’t buy people. I’m sure after this post the address on the website will change again.
Probably a scammityscam (I say probably for legal disclaimer)
I was recommended VIPSeats.co.uk by an acquaintance and bought three tickets for the LFC v Fulham game, and everything looked legitimate until I called the club to verify the booking and was told the seats I’d purchased weren’t even eligible for resale and the tickets were therefore invalid; since then I’ve contacted VIPSeats multiple times for an explanation or refund and they’ve completely ignored me, so I’ve now had to raise a Section 75 claim through my credit card company to get my money back overall an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise avoiding this company
Dodgy website
Dodgy website. Dont buy anything from them. All good reviews are from India and on same date. My still didn’t get the tickets for the match on 17th March - Man City vs Real Madrid game.
100% fraud
I had a very disappointing experience with VIP Seats Oxford. I paid £360 for football match tickets that were promised 5–7 days before the game. The tickets never arrived. The company claimed they issued a refund and even sent a screenshot as proof, but the money never reached my account. This is definitely a scam. Avoid at all costs
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I paid for tickets for the Man City vs Real Madrid match tomorrow and never received them. Communication has been extremely poor and I am now left without the tickets I paid for. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before buying from this website.
I wanted a ticket to Sunderland bs…
I wanted a ticket to Sunderland bs Newcastle and they said,it will come 5 today and then it didn’t so I emailed and then they said it’s coming at 6 now and I keep emailing them but get nothing back so whatever you’s do,DONT BUY FROM THIS
99.9% sure this is now a scam
99.9% sure this is now a scam. I bought tickets for tomorrow's match Chelsea-PSG (17/03/2026). As i bought tickets for the away end, I was told tickets would be send by Royal Mail recorded delivery and that I would be given a tracking number. 5 days prior to the game as i enquired as to the whereabouts of those tickets. I was told due to late allocation from the club, i would receive them digitally on monday 16th by 5pm. They always replizd promptly to email. At 5pm I emailed again as i didn't receive anything, was told they were being dispatched and would be received by 6pm. 6:20pm nothing was received, emailed again only not to be acknowledged. Its such a shame people feel they need to steal from the public rather than getting a proper job. My 7 year old will be very sad tomorrow when i have to tell him he can not see his favourite team for the first time.

I have asked for details of our tickets…
I have asked for details of our tickets for sunday 22nd and keep getting the same email back. Slight delay with allocation.. doesn't sound too promising so will initiate a refund. Has anyone been successful in securing one?
Scam site
Scam site. Purchased tickets for carabao cup finals but have not received tickets yet. Asked for refund but did not receive it despite receiving an email would do in 10 days. Stay away.
Everything seems legit up until reviews
Everything seems legit up until you read the reviews. I ordered tickets to carabao cup final but have now requested a refund I will update if the refund comes through
Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site, as it will scam you
Please don’t just write scammers
Please don’t just write scammers! without describing your experience with this company as it looks like review bombing. I ordered tickets from this company then changed my mind having read reviews after I ordered. Apparently a refund is on its way to me and screen shot evidence was attached to the email showing the refund form.. I asked for someone to speak to but only got emails from someone calling himself John. He claims that they are a reputable company and the negative reviews are review bombing by touts who are selling tickets at a much higher price than vipseats. That’s why it’s important to write about your experience rather than just saying scammers. If I do not receive this promised refund I will update this review.
Update: I have received my refund from this company which I was not expecting. Would still not use again and advise anyone checking this site to do the same. Although I was refunded, there is still something not right about them. Very similar to Evrivent who promised face value prices and no one received tickets, then the website disappeared..
