HORRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE

Ordered a couch cover, after a long wait times, received the item, poor quality and the fit just horrible. Started the process of returning it for refund. Seller responded after dozens of filing a dispute through Shop, and all they said was send it back to our china warehouse and you pay for shipping, LIKE WHAAAT???? you indicated and shipped this garbage from your US warehouse and now you want me to ship it to freakin china? it didnt even say these product is coming from china. Long story short never heard from seller again and lost my $$, Their shit is sitting in my basement, couldnt use it. SHOP app never helped. Horrible service. NEVER SHOP at VIPSHEEP.COM !!!!

the item i ordered in july has not been…

the item i ordered in july has not been received. There is no phone number to contact the company and they are unresponsive.
They confirmed my order in July, have kept my money, dont respond to emails and basically gone underground. Dishonest company
