Big thank you to Dean, my daughter celebrated her 18th on Saturday. Her driver was called Tye he was absolutely fantastic to be able to deal with screaming excited girls lol!
They had a fantastic time dancing away, singing & celerating. Even stopped off at the London eye for pictures.
Dean arranged for the girls to be dropped off to a club (not the pick up point) which was amazing.
Thank you so much would highly recommend.

VIP travel are a great company to use. Arrived on time and with everything we had discussed. Had no issues stopping on route and made sure the whole experience was fun for everyone - would definitely use again!

I booked a limo bus from VIP travel and everything went well. The vehicle turned up early, nice and clean, the driver was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Booked party bus for my daughters hen night as a surprise and paid in full, then 4 days before was told the bus had hit the kerb amd was damaged. Fine there are 4 party buses adverrtised so i will have a replacement? NO CHANCE! After 24 hours stress another company called to offer another bus, however no karaoke, £70 dearer and we had to leave an hour earlier. It was my only option. Full refund from Dean but would not pay the extra £70 or even meet me half way. The bus was fine but for a party bus it only had 1 CD and the driver asked for someones phone to
Play music! We then arrived at our venue an hour early and had to sit outside! Not great.
A fab evening but no thanks to VIP travel and i feel completely ripped off!

a massive thank you to Dean at VIP Travel for making a fantastic start to our weekend! I through a few obsticals in his way on the day which neither of us were prepared for but he pulled it out the bag for our party and done an amazing job! Thank you so much for all your help and patience on the day!!And I can't not thank the amazing Asim, our brilliant driver! Due to unforeseen circumstances on our parties side Asim stayed beyond his time to make sure our party got to where we needed to be and couldnt do enough for us to make sure we had a great time. Thank you both so much! A fab weekend was had by all the girlies!!

Fantastic service, booked only 3 weeks in advance, friendly driver, all round great company will definitely be using again!

I would definitely be booking one of their party buses again.
The bus was beautiful, decorations, the seating the driver all very much complimented the company.

Everyone in the group loved the bus experience. (one has already made a booking for August and I will be making another booking around the new year)

I hired the white party bus last weekend for my hen party we all had a scream bus is exactly like the pictures I was shown by the lovely salesman at VIP all round amazing customer service great experience for the money I paid.

I booked the 16 seater Party Bus to take me and 15 of my friends to London for my 40th birthday celebrations.
I cannot fault our journey to London yesterday morning, the bus was gleaming, our driver was well presented, and great fun! We travelled up to London in style, singing on the karaoke and drinking the drink that we had bought and what was provided on the bus.
Our return pick up was arranged for 23:45 with an estimated pick up of 00:00-01:00 which we accepted. We was told on various occasions our bus was on its way but it did not turn up till 00:55. We had been waiting since 23:30 at Westminster Pier. Luckily it was not cold or raining or our experience would have been worse!
When the bus arrived it was a different bus that had taken us up in the morning, it had some of our drinks that was left over from the morning but the rest was with the boss in his car and that he was meeting us to give them to us!
We got on the bus and immediately was shocked at the state of the bus!!!
It was disgusting! Dirty tissues on the side, dirty glasses on the floor and in the glass holders, rubbish on the floor and half drunk bottles of water in the drinks area!
When we complained to the driver all he could say was that the glasses must of fallen off the shelves when he was driving! Er no! He then said it was down to the other driver who he took over from to clean up the bus. I dont Care who is responsible for cleaning the buses after each use, you do not pick up customers who have paid a lot of money in a bus that was in the state this bus was in! We eventually met up with the said Boss of VIP Travel London to be handed over our drinks and food that was put in the back of the first bus for us to have on our return journey home. He did not even greet us with a hello or anything, which I find to be very rude! I then proceeded to complain to him about the state of the bus and that it was totally unacceptable to pick up his customers in a bus that was in such a dirty state as that bus was in. He THREATENED to just take the bus back! Which meant we would have to find our own way home even thou we had paid for our return journey, because he felt he was being spoken to in a way that he felt was unacceptable, I don't think you was spoken to in a way that was unacceptable, you clearly don't know how to run a VIP TRAVEL business! No apology, nothing!
So we proceded to get back on the bus with our drinks etc and make our way home, still in a dirty bus, the driver would not take any responsibility for the state of the bus just that he was the driver!
On the way home, he was ON HIS PHONE, would not make a mile out of the way drop off for one of my friends just out of good gesture for the state of the bus, no, nothing? So he dropped us all off at the drop off address and left!
I was totally gutted that this had happened at the end of my great day!
VIP TRAVEL I will not be using you again that's for sure!

I booked white party bus with VIP Travel for my wife's birthday. The party bus was lush. The bus we booked was also very new, the driver was very kind and we all had a great time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone willing to hire a party bus.

Really do deliver the VIP service in their name!

Hired for my sisters birthday and headed to ascot with a full day package.
Really was a experience and will definitely be used for other occasions in the future!
