I recently won £3,700 on Vipzino Casino after making a real money deposit, but they are now refusing to pay out my winnings. Their excuse? They claim I somehow "cancelled a bonus" – which makes no sense, especially since they accepted my deposit without any issues and allowed me to play.
At no point was it made clear that I was violating any terms, and I certainly did not knowingly cancel or misuse a bonus. If there was a problem, why did they let me deposit and continue playing? It feels like they are using vague or hidden terms as a loophole to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.
I've contacted their support team, but so far, they’ve given me the runaround with no solid explanation or resolution. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, scammed, and completely let down.
If you’re considering playing at Vipzino – think twice. A casino that doesn't pay out fair winnings after a verified deposit is not one to trust.
I’ll be reporting this to relevant gambling authorities and forums. If anyone else has had similar issues, I recommend doing the same. Players deserve better.
