I always got my ads from Viral Ecom adz, They are very cooperative and always delivers the video on time.

I had both positive and negative experience
Probably they have good and bad video creators.

The ads I bought were good. Would recommend anyone trying the split package. Don’t know much about they UGC content though.

Not surprised with all the negative reviews. The actor chosen did not have a professional demeanor and did not align with our brand image. We made specific requests that were not included. VEA did little to rectify the situation. Delivery took longer than expected. We are unable to use this ad; waste of money.

Horrible Content

Poor quality work, low resoultion videos pick

Bad experience, Bad Quality, trust me guys it's not like how they advertise it on Youtube and Ecom Gurus! They don't even read your notes and don't respect what you ask for!

i Swear to God please do not buy from them, horrible content. There ads are so boring, very bad quality, Low CTR of 0.2%. and when you asked them to revised the videos they just giving you the same crap creative and don't even bother to look at your notes. i am disappointed in these youtubers promoting this crap business.

Terrible ads. They are dropshipping cheap ads from Fiverr. Low CTR with their ads.

No matter how much detail you include in the request or revisions, they will not do them correctly. They’ll tell you that they’re sending your concern to their “senior editor” which just means they’re going to send your videos to someone in Hong Kong or another cheap labor country to do another garbage ad for you that doesn’t include what you asked for and is obvious that it is made by someone who doesn’t speak English. Get videos off ali or tiktok or YT and make your own ads, you’ll do better than them

Horrible customer service!! They never send you the ads within the guaranteed range provided on their website. 100% do not waste your money on this. Especially the guy named Travis Hultine. He is the only one who answers for customer support and is horrible. I emailed him asking when my ad package would be delivered (since it was far past the delivery guarantee) and he just responded saying "It will be delivered today". The day goes by and the next day I ask him why are they so late delivering my ad package, and he never responds. Straight up scam. The website should be called ScamEcomAdz.

They took clips from the internet cut them up and send it back to me for $110. Absolute waste of money.

Shocking… The must have the best affiliate program in the world because all these YouTubers promote the hell out of them! They legit hire someone off fiver to chop clips and add them altogether (you can confirm this point as the English spelling isn’t very proficient). When you ask for them to revise you they make up some BS that there’s no more footage out there… They literally chopped up one of MY OWN VIDEOS I FILMED PERSONALLY and mashed them up into one. I ordered 4 lots hoping improvements would come but I was very wrong you this quality made me think I can make a better quality business then them… Save your money please don’t bother

Worst company for ads. They sent me everything in non ad format so it was unusable and then I had to pay for them to change it to ad format. I then received it in story format, I asked for 4:5 ratio not story. I tried again and they sent me it again in story format. The same generic email was sent to me each time and I could of made a better video myself. Do not recommend.

You sign up for the VIP, with the promise of 24 hour delivery. The delivery takes as long as non VIP. And what is delivered is substandard, all the ads are the same formula, nothing special and very boring.

Added to this, you will have to go through revisions due to the poor english writing in the ads, its very obvious that they have outsourced someone cheaper to put these together, and it really shows.

Overall a very dissapointing experience, you are far better off to make an ad yourself or source someone on fiver.

Videos are ok. The quality is not great. Some videos are low quality. I paid for a split test and they changed one clip out of each video which was 2 seconds long... used the same audio, same videos. I received the videos quick but I've also been waiting over a week for my revisions and virtually they were the same ... This is a business and its about speed, I cant wait over a week when I am running paid ads. I cant afford to remove my ads when I need to be taking in money. Maybe it slipped through...? Who knows, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I would still like to see a higher video quality. Some of the video qualities in the clips dont match up either. You go from a 1080p clip to a 480p, that doesnt make my company look very trustworthy or professional. I've started to do my own ads in the meantime. We will see what they have to say when they get back to me.

Wish I read these reviews before throwing money down the toilet! Reading any positive reviews you can tell it’s the company posting good reviews. They read just like ads for the company. if you can’t even write fake reviews for ur self well how could u make good content? They are good at getting ur money tho! Garbage product. Save ur money! Make ur own videos for less hassle and usable content. Don’t waste ur time sending in edits they won’t do it.

Buyer BEWARE! The video wasn’t great, but not horrible. I sent in time stamped edits for example :03-:06 wrong product :012-0:14 change “waterproof water resistant with wet and dry..” to “water resistant exterior with wet/dry separation”. It took them over 3 days to get me the content and it was a Friday. I was horrified with the videos they sent but being optimistic I asked for them to just change 1 of the videos with a list of time stamped edits. 3 wrong product and 8 text edits. They claim 7 days of unlimited edits and I just received a email, 3 days later saying they only edit the first 3-5 seconds. It’s a 30 sec video I can’t use because it has wrong information and not the right bag In 3 obvious shots. (I sell diaper bags). I was hoping I could use them instead of spending hours editing my own videos but now it would have been better quality and the same amount of time to just make my own video. If you do try them google discount codes. I atleast got 20% off so only lost $60Cnd but still very disappointing. Very misleading and unprofessional reply. You can get the video clips on Ali express or cj dropship for free - $30 and make the content yourself. Google image search ur product to find videos online, download ur clips, split the clips and add text and u will save yourself time and money!

Here’s my edits request, I was frazzled so the first part it confusing but my edits are clear. I should note they ask for Time stamped edits on their revision request so I spent an hour going through the video finding the exact times of the edits. The response is a slap in the face!

“There is much with all the videos because they are so simular, I just picked the one i woould have to type the least. First, the music I don't like. so if that could change. also there are a few spots that its not the right pocket so this video has the least of the wrong bag and lest of my edits. Its so overwhelming, cuz I could have made better content on my own. But hopefully this can be salvaged. EDITS:
