Never Arrived

I purchased a watch about a month ago. It was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 days. I have no idea if it has been shipped or not because according the the email response, they said "your product should arrive in the next couple of days". That was two weeks ago. I still do not have the watch. I still keep getting the same response from them. NEVER again will I order from anyplace without checking the reviews here first.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. The product took more than 3 weeks to arrive - too late for Christmas. The Onesi although marked Large was so short in the body it would have only fitted a child! It cost £45.00 and if we wanted to return it we would have to send back to ASIA! All we got was £8.00 refund! DO NOT order from them.

I bought a watch for my wife for…

I bought a watch for my wife for Christmas, she has worn it a few times. The stitching on the strap near the pins is now coming apart, i paid £20 for it so didn't expect it to last forever but i thought it would have lasted more than a few weeks. Not worth sending it back as i would have to pay for the postage, very disappointed and will not be buying anything else from this company.

Do not buy from Virelle!

I ordered a pair of earrings off the website. There was no mention on the website that there may be colour variations in the stones or in the metal around the stones. When the earrings arrived, the stones were a completely different colour from the ones I ordered, and the silver setting was shiny and not tarnished like it appeared on the website.
When I reached out to the customer services team, I asked for the correct earrings to be sent to me, in exchange for me to send back the ones that were sent to me. They refused to admit blame, told me I would have to pay for the postage from the UK to the Netherlands (£9-£18 estimated) or said I could just keep the earrings without a refund (that's not a solution?!). I asked for a full refund, and after over a week of email exchanges did they offered to let me keep the earrings and receive a 20% partial refund. I can't use the earrings, I can't gift them as they were intended because they're completely wrong, so now I have a horrible pair of earrings and I feel like I have been completely scammed.

Additionally, I told them that they should take down the pictures or the listing from their website. It's been over a week, it's still up! Completely false advertising, not worth the money.
Avoid, avoid avoid!

Ps those earrings are called "Vintage Blue Opal Earrings in Sterling Silver". Here's the listing, do not buy them because what will arrive is clearly NOT vintage, NOT blue (the stones were white!) and I would not be surprised if they were not even silver!

Escalate with Paypal - fully refunded

As others have experienced: fraudulent dropshipper that fully disregards consumer law, does not bear any entrepeneurial risk, ships faulty cheap products and prices products well beyond 50% margin (offered to send me a new product instead of taking care of the return).

If you read this, escalate the issue with paypal immediately and include the link to this webpage. Fortunately I was fully refunded. Additionally, report the webshop to the Dutch consumer authority at consuwijzer dot nl
