I am currently unable to redeem my merlin vouchers online. Email support has been slow and unhelpful. I am yet to reach any resolution.

From ordering the vouchers with Lauren Pettit to redeeming with the vendors, the process was straightforward and quick.

Delivery of cards is next day (for a fee) which suits us well as we can require orders at short notice.

The choice of vendors to spend with is impressive and there is something to suit everyone.

When we have had any issues, they have been deals with by Lauren in a friendly and timely manner - she is a credit to the company!

Definitely will be using Virgin Incentives going forward for our business employee benefits.

There are a large choice of companies you can choose from to use your gift card with.

The customer service along the way has been first class, professional and friendly. A brilliant addition to our employee benefits, I would recommend Virgin Incentives personally and professionally for ease and quality.

Thanks to Fran for running through the Virgin Experience offerings, we don't always have time to come up with the ideas for team away days and staff incentives, and I really think this will help us to up our game when it comes to team engagement and FUN.

Fran Gizzi is our rep and she's always so friendly and quick to reply. It's so easy to place an order and if there's ever an issue (like us providing a wrong delivery address) she'll get it sorted asap for us no problems! Virgin Incentives were incredibly helpful when one of my clients needed gift cards for their customers. The whole process was clearly explained from the start and everything ran smoothly. All of the gift cards arrived on time and exactly as expected. It turned out to be the perfect staff incentive and I would happily use Virgin Incentives again.

I originally had a full day voucher bought for me for Christmas. But
2 half days suited me better.
We got in touch with the academy and it was no trouble at all to arrange this.
We did the French one afternoon and Indian the next afternoon
All the staff are lovely and really go out of there way to help.
The chefs we had teaching us Rob and Sue were just brilliant, explained everything in detail and I got so many tips from them and that in its self was worth every penny.

I had ordered high-value Virgin vouchers as a leaving present for my boss and they didn't arrive! As you can imagine, I was slightly panicking and Jared in SC was a dream and resolved the issue within hours...thank you Jared!

Contacted customer service to exchange some £10 vouchers for higher denominations. Jared could not have been more helpful and we are looking forward to enjoying the gift we received. 5 star.
