Shocking behaviour ⁵

I bought a cheesecloth set from the live, amongst so many other items in the last few weeks. But this one had a huge rip in the trousers, when I contacted customer services they told me because the rip wasn't along the seam it was done to strain on the fabric.... this item was worn once for about 2 hours, lightly, I was just 'lounging' in it, and i didn't do anything to cause damage. I have had to escalate with PayPal as this is awful customer service. I've now discovered I've been blocked on tiktok from virgo. This is not the solution girls, how can you treat loyal customers like this? I was the one who alerted lucy last week to the postage £15 issue. Thanks for showing me who you guys really are, in it for cold hard money, no cares as to where it comes from. Enjoy my money - update, PayPal have successfully refunded my money and the issue has been passed on the trading standards.

Amazing

Amazing! The team are great at virgo. Clothes at great prices and good quality. Easy to return for free if item does not fit with no quibble refunds. Clothes super size inclusive, highly recommended

Virgo is an addiction

Virgo is an addiction! Lucy & the team are absolutely amazing. I’ve never known a more hard working company in my life!

Hands down they are the best! Never met any of them but I feel like I know them personally. My confidence has increased no end since shopping on Virgo. ♍️

You’re all amazing, don’t stop what you do! You make all our days that bit extra happy.

Excellent value and quality

I have ordered £100s worth of stock from Virgo boutique on tik tok. Every single item has been spot on !!! The 1 issue I had was a missing item and the customer service was excellent. Refunded within 48hrs !!!

Shakira jumpsuit and more

Received my shakira jumpsuit today. I was worried it may not fit as ordered 8-16 I’m a 14-16, it fits perfect, plenty room and looks lovely.
Ordered trousers and another jumpsuit but I can’t remember there names, both lovely and great fit.
Amazing TikTok shop, girls are so much fun to watch live, very professional and helpful.
Don’t listen to bad reviews, I’m particular about my clothes, these are great quality.

Don’t order off them!
Absolute scam.
Ordered a dress that came way to baggy for me for them to accuse me of wearing it!
Certainly wouldn’t wear a bodycon dress that’s to baggy for one.
They then said it smells off washing products so accusing me off washing it and sending it back now as well.
The dress was way too big for me so I certainly didn’t wear it and I ain’t a scruff to order something wear it and send it back.
I wouldn’t embarrass myself specially for £35
And it probably smells off washing cos not everyone house smells!

Not good customer service at All

Not good customer service at All! Purchased a few items, according to tracking these were shipped and sent to courier. I contacted the courier who said they have no status whatsoever of my items, and to contact Virgo directly. I did. I was then told they could not do anything as it was ordered online, therefore I should send an email to the address which is on the site. To which I also did. To this day I’ve still not received my order. Terrible service and I certainly won’t be going back!

Ordered 4 items paid £4.99 2 faulty jumpsuits other items poor stitching not fit to wear had to pay £6.57 to return faulty goods was refunded £1.00 on my delivery and a £1.00 return awful customer care reported to trading standard

Hi Jane, I know we discussed this extensively via email.
We do charge postage to send item(s) out to you at the time of ordering & in our t&c's we do note we don't offer free returns. As a small business we simply cannot afford to absorb the cost of paying for return postage.
One item had stitching that wasn't up to our usual standard so we refunded the postage for this particular item for both sending and returning to us. The remaining 3 items were a simple change of mind so we didn't refund postage for those.
