Guys, stay away from these Romanian scammers.

I paid for a server with 4 additional IPs, and just 2 days after the server was delivered, they terminated my account and shut down the VPS without providing any reason.

When I contacted support, they kept ignoring my messages. I then requested a refund since I paid with my credit card through Stripe, but to this day I still haven't received any response.

I'm posting this as a warning to others: stay away from this Romanian provider.

I had a very bad experience with virtono.com.

I purchased the following domain names:

* belgeonay.icu
* güzeldiploma.com

However, the domains were not delivered to my account even after 3 days. I also opened a support ticket but did not receive any response for more than 2 days.

During this time, while I was waiting for delivery and support, both domains were registered by someone else. Because of this delay and lack of response, I lost the domains I had already paid for.

This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with this provider.

I have suffered a financial loss of around $16–$17 due to their failure to deliver the service on time.

I requested either a refund as account credit or an equivalent domain as compensation, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Be careful when using this service.

Second time for some months they internet connection died. Very slow support.

basically thiefs they randomly choose to make your order fraud take money and not refund it even though i had other servers with them which means im clearly not fraud they keep saying we will refund the refund has been issued but its all lies
Edit: the amount was deducted from my bank account i have proof stop lying
Edit2: how come for one server i was ok and i got my server but the second order suyddenly im using fake info and as i said i have proof from my paypal that the amount was taken

yet i received nothing and dont say all orders were fraud i still have an active server with you as we speak

Horrible customer service. Terminated my server because their system billed me wrong, didn't agree to refund, instead changed my server to 2.5 times more expensive. Never again.

I bought hosting and domain from them, I paid, more than a day has passed, in the personal office it says that everything is active. But I can't access the domain. when I went in to check if the domain is available, surprise, my domain name that I paid for and it says that it is active on other sites, I can buy it.
It's an irresponsible company, or it's fake.
Do not use their services.

Wanna thank Virtono team for a good hosting service. This host is very friendly and helpful, in my case for my plugin issue he tried his best even though it was a developer issue, he has highlighted to me the ways to find the solution. Excellent customer support and service.

The best vps that I know at this price. They keep it simple, no fancy bs.

I have a kvm server (known as VDS on virtono.com ) and never went down since 2014. Also, I got nice support from their team and I want to pay them back by writing this review. Keep it this way, Virtono!

Even if I had unmanaged server, they have helped me with the installation of the server, lamp stack and csf. Never had a downtime in 6 month and the websites hosted on the vds are loading blazing fast.

As I have used hosting services from virtono.com, I have decided to drop a
line about their service. I'm satisfied with the level of their services and
there is no downtime on them.
They have stable servers and quality support which is online any time I
contact them.
There are many resources in their plans which are necessary for running an
IT business successfully.
