Easy, quick and great value

Emailed their sales team and within just a few questions they managed to send me a link to a quote with all the services I wanted included. Very easy, quick and straightforward process. Also much better value compared with most other virtual office providers.

Very Good Customer Service

Have been using this service for a year now and when I had some issues with the website, I was looked after by Jack straight away. Very reasonably priced for the high level of service you receive when you reach out. There is a lot of sketchy Companies out there providing these services but Virtually There is one of the Reputable and Trustworthy service providers in my opinion. I'd have no problem recommending to other Businesses. Thank you, Paddy

We are genuinely sorry to read that you feel this way, as this is not the experience we aim to provide.

We take comments about our team seriously. Sam is a valued member of the team and is consistently professional in his approach, so we are disappointed to hear that your interaction felt otherwise. If anything came across in a way that did not feel helpful, we do apologise.

In relation to parcels, not all our addresses offer parcels, and this is outlined within the service description and terms at the point of sign up. We completely understand how frustrating it can be if something valuable is involved. However, we are unable to accept liability for items sent outside of the agreed service scope.

We are always committed to being clear, transparent and supportive, and we would welcome the opportunity to resolve this with you directly.

Currently awaiting proof they can…

Response to Virtually there as of 2.3.2026
You now declare you have no complaint - that is a lie.
You declare you have no request for access - that is a lie. You have been provided with the name of your CEO who was issued with complaints and replied refusing to co-operate.

Response to Virtually There
Thank you for proving how you appear to 'forget' your legal obligations. Your reply will be kept as evidence as further avoidance tactics that has been the only consist thing about your organisation. You had request for data, that is how you can identify myself. You also know my name and the fact you have still yet to prove you are legally allowed to operate. Still waiting for proof of Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP) Registration. Might want to speak to Edgar Thoemmes CEO who likes to email people with waffle and no evidence.
---------------------------------------------------

Currently awaiting proof they can operate and take business post. Had post lost and destroyed by this company. Formal complaint have not been replied to and what has been received are 'non replies' requested my data from them and proof they are a legitimate business with the correct licences process post and be registered address for a business - no such proof has come forward just false accusations. Reported to trading standards and the police for post destroyed. Reported to the ICO for failing to respond to request for data. They claim they never took any personal data to set up the registered business so how would you have my name and bank details for payment? You processed ID without correct licences to do so. When complained I was told to cancel the service. Informed the accountant of my business and book-keeper who advised that Virtually There should produce proof of legally allowed to process business post. Still awaiting - 6 weeks later.

Hi there,

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. However, we’re not connected to the NHS in any way. We are an independent business.

We would be really grateful if you could please remove this review, as it appears to have been left for the wrong organisation.

Thank you in advance.

definitely wouldn’t recommend

definitely wouldn’t recommend. i started out by paying £17 and then they tried to take more money out of my bank. then they contacted me accusing me of “charging back” the funds when i already paid the agreed amount. the email was so accusatory that i was actually shocked. also think it’s weird that once you sign up it’s one amount then it’s lots of other charges on top. AVOID.

We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way, as that certainly wasn’t our intention.

To clarify for anyone reading, the £17 payment referenced relates to an additional post forwarding add on that was selected after the initial Virtual Office and Registered Address subscription was set up. The base service and any optional add ons are itemised separately at checkout and within the client portal to ensure full transparency.

We would never charge anything without it being clearly selected and agreed to within the account.

We have reached out directly to explain the breakdown in more detail and remain very happy to go through this again with you to ensure everything is clear.

We genuinely aim to be transparent and fair in all of our pricing and communication, and we are always open to resolving any misunderstandings directly.

Extremely Deceptive and Disappointing

I contacted the company by phone in late December specifically to cancel my service and avoid further charges as I have not used it nor set it up. Despite clearly requesting cancellation, this was never processed. I only discovered this weeks later when I noticed the account was still active, at which point I cancelled immediately online last week. I have not used their services at all.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. When I raised the issue in writing, my concerns were largely ignored; rather than addressing the fact that my original cancellation request was not actioned, I was told the account would remain active for a further 30 days resulting in yet ANOTHER charge.

I explicitly requested written confirmation that no further payments would be taken and asked for clarity on where customer feedback can be shared. These points were not properly addressed.

The experience has felt dismissive and procedural rather than customer-focused. A straightforward cancellation request has turned into unnecessary back-and-forth and stress. I would strongly advise others to carefully document all communications and review cancellation terms closely before signing up.

Extremely disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you have found the experience frustrating.

We completely understand how important it is for cancellations to be handled clearly and promptly. As set out in our terms, we do require 30 days notice prior to the next renewal date in order to prevent a further billing cycle. Unfortunately, based on our records, a formal cancellation request was not received within that notice period, which is why the renewal charge was applied and the account remained active for the standard 30 day period.

We appreciate that you mentioned contacting us by phone in December. We have reviewed our logs and cannot see a cancellation being processed at that time, which would normally generate confirmation. We always recommend requesting written confirmation for peace of mind, and we are sorry if that was not made clear during your call.

Once your online cancellation was submitted last week, it was actioned in line with the notice period set out in the agreement. There are no additional charges beyond what has already been communicated.

We certainly do not aim to be dismissive or procedural, and we regret that this has been your impression. Our intention is always to apply our terms consistently and transparently for all clients.

If you would like us to review the timeline again or discuss this further, please contact us directly and we will be happy to look into it in more detail.

The guys are helpful and the service is great but I just learnt that they’ve been sending me communications to an online portal that I knew nothing about. Those communications would have been better sent to my email. Or maybe a notification that I had a message in the portal and maybe a link to said portal with login information attached?
So they dropped a star for that.

Misleading “free post scans” – hidden limitations not disclosed

I’m extremely disappointed with Virtually There due to misleading information on their Registered Office service.

I subscribed based on their claim of “10 free post-scans sent to your inbox monthly.” Recently, when I received mail and tried to view it online, I was shown the message:
“Subscription type missing – You do not have a Virtual Office subscription enabled.”

After calling their hotline, I was told that the so-called “10 free post-scans” do NOT cover normal business letters at all. Apparently, they only apply to mail from Companies House and HMRC. If you want to read actual business mail, you must also purchase their Virtual Office service.

This came as a big surprise, because this limitation is not clearly stated on their Registered Office page or in their FAQ. In my opinion, this is a hidden term and makes the advertised feature very misleading.

I’m sharing this to warn others: please be very careful about what you’re subscribing to here — it may not be what you expect. I certainly wouldn’t have signed up had this been made clear upfront.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

It appears that you may currently be subscribed to a Registered Office address only service. This service includes complimentary scans of statutory mail from bodies such as Companies House and HMRC, which is why those items are covered by the monthly free scans.

Business correspondence, such as mail from customers, suppliers or banks, is handled under our Virtual Office service, which provides full mail handling, scanning and forwarding. Access to business mail online requires that service to be enabled on the account.

We have not been able to identify your account from this review, so we would really welcome the opportunity to look into this properly for you. Please contact our team directly and we will be happy to review your subscription, explain the options available, and help find the right solution for your needs.
