Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful once you complete your first year. Grace was excellent last year.

So, after year one, they took money without any prior discussion. never had any repeat subscription service do this!

They seem to feel, because Netflix do this, it is perfectly acceptable for them to do so. As this was their example a few times. Apples and Pears as Netflix, do not charge £180.

Basic customer service is 'send email prior to money withdrawal’ - Microsoft office 365 to other virtual offices practice work this way. So maybe copy these, and Not Netflix.

Next, I am constantly chasing Jake Gleeson for invoice that match money that has been withdrawn. Why is so difficult to just send an invoice to match the cash paid?

Should not have to leave review like this, why do they want to make it so hard?

Side note: Just in case they try and say the invocies are online.. They are apart from the pro rata money charged, which the invocie they seem to be refusing to send!

Reply 17.11.25 - I was actually going to remove this review, due the Head of Operations stepping in to conclude this terrible experience, who actually had exceptional customer service skills. Because the reply is a load of rubbish, I’m now going to leave live.

The Head of Operations had to manually produce an invoice.

Perfect registration process

Today was my first time registering for my own virtual office, and I thought it was going to be a daunting process but actually it was smooth as butter! They are at hand to answer any questions and I can see Virtually There as an organisation who is accommodating and puts people first. Some organisations don't show it, but VT really do want to do business with you! Thank you for being amazing!
