No answer from support team.
Did not cancel my order although I asked for cancelation over the ticketing system.

Updated: Thank you for your answer, yes my business email was not working for a while. Same address is now functional.

It's a little slow, but I succeeded to compile an app in less than an hour. There are times when the speed is worse, I guess just a question of finding the best time to connect. Support is pretty neat too.

Thanks for the great support as I set up my dev environment. I appreciate your patience with my many support requests. Thanks.

Canceled their service within the first week (because it sucked), still they are stealing money thru PayPal.

Truly junk. Paid for the 1 hour shared plan but I never received my login details. Logged into the client area and was told that the bill was unpaid - even though the payment was cleared from my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A very bad service. I bought this service for 5 days and my account is still inactive. There is no response to any support record. no refund. I made an experiment with demo accounts. the mouse is about 50 seconds to play. I definitely do not recommend. stay away. Please answer and return my money!

The service is super super slow to the point that it is not possible to be used. For example if you move mouse it will take 30 seconds the mouse cursor to move in the remote desktop machine.
On top of that THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY.
Zero reply from them.
Do not step into this trap.

Scammers take my money and then ignore me without giving me any service.

a day before my subscription renwal date I contacted support to cancel my subscription.
However I received no reply and they withdraw the money from paypal on the next day.
I send another email to the support but still no reply.

I was hoping to cancel this subscription in order to subscribe for another bigger one but now this chance if very slim.
if anyone knows how to get to their support o I can get my money back please let me know

COMPLETE SCAM. Service is for sh@t and no way to cancel. They put me on revolving payment through paypal and now I'm in dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - EVER! DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE PENNY! RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

stay away this service! Site looking professional but there is no any cancel subscription and there is no any device manager panel. Their just billing and payment services work well

I have bought their cheapest service and was not satisfied with it, long response time of VNC, it had practically no use for me to develop apps on there. I cancelled my service a week before next billing period and my card was still charged, but they returned the money.

I needed to test some software on Mac and as I don't have one I rented one from virtualmacosx.com in February.

I did my tested and cancelled the subscription a few days later. So I paid for a month but only used the service for a few days. Fair enough.

I received a cancellation notice on 22 Feb.

March rolled by with no problems. Then in April I received a notice from paypal: "Your Merchant has reactivated the following recurring payment. "

So paypal actually allows the merchants to reactive payments out of your account!! This makes paypal absolutely useless.

Anyway, what's more is that this scam company also renewed it at a much higher rate. Their advertised rate is $19/m but the renewal was at $28/month.

I tried contacting them but received no reply. Paypal deemed this not to be unauthorised so they wouldn't help.

Do not trust this company. Any company who is happy to help themselves to your money and then not reply should be avoided.
