Very responsive when I had an issue with my email and login.

I'm torn with my review. I loved the experience and the staged photos came out awesome! I thought I was getting 6 photos for $20 and the next thing I knew, over $300 was charged to my credit card!! I freaked! I did connect with the company and they pretty quickly refunded about $240. I only used 5 photos and got charged $60. Still cheaper than actual staging but pricing is a problem.

How can you say something bad about an inexpensive option with great (unlimited) results?? VirtualStagingAi is a no brainer, will always use them for my business.

Easy to use and plenty of choices and adjustments that can be made at no extra charge.

Had a pretty good experience. Very easy to use with almost immediate results to pick from. One problem that I had was using a picture that was a bedroom facing an open door looking out into a hallway. The furniture chosen in the bedroom was great. The problem was that it also put a bed in the hallway. Is there a way to remove an unwanted piece of furniture?

Could not be happier. I shopped around and had asked my photographer about virtual staging and found VirtualStaging AI. I have used it on several vacant listings - from high end to fixer upper. Clients have been impressed with how realistic the furniture looks, and I appreciate the may styles to choose from as I work in an area with Southwest, Mountain and traditional homes. The unlimited renditions feature for each photo has been amazing. It's super fast, and easy to use with just a few clicks. And very affordable with flexible packages.

I complained sent emails-asked for a refund at first- very disappointed. BUT they did respond & I DID get help and support-re-did my account& working great now! Sometimes doesn't line up perfectly but many times it does ( just keep generating more) & has shadows so looks great! using for a room my sellers are packing up, an empty outdoor space and an empty living room too.

Amazing customer support and an excellent tool to use for many RE use cases. We sold our home within the first month because of the great staging options available.

The Application is pretty good. I was enjoying to use it for staging the apartments.

So easy!!!! I was so amazed that each time I "staged" a room I called a different family member down to look over my shoulder as I showed them how it works. Tasteful decorations, three choices per room is appreciated, and it really couldn't be any easier!

Virtual staging is great, well priced option for smaller projects or rentals. However, I had a lot of issues with staging kitchen photos due to the incorrect placement of items. It works very well for bedrooms and living rooms though. On more high end properties, it still requires professional staging.

Overall I like the app. It needs more flexibility in terms of art, furniture etc. Also not every type of room is available. eg. teenager bedroom vrs young child or baby nursery. Also, closets, game room, outdoor decks etc..

The rooms available do not include a lot of rooms in a home. There should be a link also to add art or pictures on a wall in bigger opulent homes.Not enough variations of furniture placement as well.

Overall a very positive experience! however there is room for improvement. Offering more selection (ie instead of just living room, perhaps living and dining, and the ability to delete. Also, some of the outcomes were not proportionate so I appreciated the unlimited takes. If there was an option to "add a watermark" with something like "this has been virtually stage" that would be helpful too.

Where I got stuck was when I needed something more advanced (ie show the same room, from another angle, but with the same furniture.) I had to go with another vendor for that, but now that I know these limitations I would still use this again and highly recommend!

Easy to use and great results. Very happy with the service. On a few of the images I had to try a number of times to get the look that I wanted, but it was still quite easy and fun to do.

This was my first time using an AI platform, and I was a bit anxious to try Virtual Staging for a listing that would have looked bleak and boring without furniture. But thanks to Virtual Staging, the listing truly popped! The cost is very reasonable, and I believe every Realtor can benefit from using this tool.
