This may be a scam
I, too, have somehow managed to subscribe to this site. I had no intention of doing so. It was only when checking my bank account I found payment had been taken without my consent. £3 on 9/11 and then £41 on 15/11. I regard this as a scam and will be contacting the relevant authorities.

They participate in a Facebook scam…
They participate in a Facebook scam scheme. A fake profile advertises a giveaway - in my case it was a backpack. You need to pay 3 pounds. Then the page redirects and asks you to pay 2 pounds - weard, but ok. Then it makes you approve a payment of 14 pounds. This is where I stopped. I went to my banking up. The 3 pounds payment was from virtualtutorlab.com. I blocked any further payments from them. Yesterday I could see they tried to charge me 41 pounds for subscription that I never requested. AVOID.

This was for a so called membership for what I don't know and I tried to cancel it many times without success. And the best part I purchased something what I up to today did not received at all

They or one of their affiliates used a…
They or one of their affiliates used a fake profile on Facebook to pretend we could receive free Lego but when we were invited to sign up for the £3 it turned out to be a subscription to some meaningless course costing £33 per 14 days so we didn't sign-up so we will not be providing any receipts or invoice numbers as they failed to defraud us.
