wow where do i begin? Ben and his lads went above and beyond, making sure our work went smoothly from start to finish. I cannot fault them in one bit of there work. They were amazing. They communicated the whole time any problems that we did come across, they sorted it out straight away, even one night when we had a bad storm and we had all the scaffolding around our loft, 2 am in the morning Ben text us to see if everything was alright what company would do that. they honestly went above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough. we wouldn't have anyone else do our work ever again it's virtue all the way .

Ben and his merry men
Ben does more than just heating. He fitted me a new bathroom, kitchen, central heating,flooring and a new roof on my extension and ALL in 5 weeks. He does it all. He purchased everything from kitchen units to tiles in the bathroom, making the whole experience so easy. His employees arrived EVERYDAY with a smile and a joke, nothing was too much trouble. They worked around my many treasures in my home and moved everything with care and remembered to watch out for my precious cat. This company lives up to their name.

Ben Cox came to our home address to give a quote on replacing our boiler with a new Combi boiler. His quote was £600 cheaper than the other 2 companies I received quotes from.
He didn't blind us with science, just straightforward advice. He clearly knew his business.
Ben and his team of excellent tradesmen ended up not only replacing the boiler to an excellent standard, but also fitting a whole new bathroom suite, shower, extractor fan ,new tiling, flooring and light. Then ripping out and fitting a new kitchen with integrated appliances from his contact at Howdens which was £500 cheaper than what Howdens quoted me.Bens plasterer re skimmed ceilings. They laid flooring in the bathroom, kitchen and downstairs hallway. To finish off, Ben even recommended a carpet fitter to supply and fit the best quality underlay amd carpet at a price £500 cheaper than the quote I had from a local carpet fitter.
A great experience all the way through with Virtue heating and cooling. A special mention should be made to Mark who is a master craftsman who did the bathroom and kitchen, and for George who cleared the rubbish for us. We will be using Virtue again and again.

brilliant service
Ben Cox and his Virtue team installed my boiler over 7 years ago and has come back regularly to service it. This winter, we had a random pressure issue pop up during a particularly cold spell; they were obviously busy but never the less he patiently talked me through how to top up the pressure myself whilst on FaceTime... I have found myself so grateful to have stumbled upon a company who are reliable, trustworthy and generally nice people with principles. They go above and beyond the help me and the friends and family I have recommended them to, I can not rate them high enough
