Do not buy from them!! It is a scam!! I never received my order plus they, without my permission charged me for something I didn't purchase!!!

This is a scam
This is a scam. I placed an order on August 3rd. I contacted them via email maybe 30 seconds after ordering to cancel my order and they conveniently answered a few days later saying it had already shipped so I can’t cancel. It is now September 6th and I have no tracking information, I was charged, and they keep telling me the package is still on the way and they can’t give me a refund until the package arrives. Do not order!
