This company has been a complete letdown! My interaction with them in the UAE has been nothing short of a disaster. Initially, they appeared efficient and responsive, but as soon as the payment was processed, everything went downhill. Communication became sporadic, with long delays between responses, and it felt like I was being bounced around from one person to another without any progress. To make matters worse, their lack of understanding about business setup became painfully evident when they sent me forms to fill out without considering the need for a business license first. Their instructions for dealing with government offices were equally baffling, leading to wasted time and frustration on my end. Despite investing a substantial amount of money, I've seen little to no results, only endless delays and excuses. Now, they're refusing to provide a refund, despite failing to deliver on their promises. It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. This experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! The worst company I have dealt with in the UAE.

Before you pay, service is great, they respond almost instantly. Then comes the invoice, they push for payment in full and then that’s when the communications start to go down the drain. They pass you from person to person and take 1 week at a time to reply to one of your questions or any messages. You have to ask them the same question multiple times to get a somewhat clear answer. Then the person you were in communication with will randomly end up on sick leave or annual leave.

They don’t know how to set a business up, they sent me forms to fill and sign and then realised I couldn’t fill them out without having a business licence.

They also sent me to a government office and told me to go in and sign? Sign what? Speak to who? What am I signing? The information they give is so unclear. I was told to go to a government office in Deira to sign a document and that I could go ‘anytime’. Well I went and they were closed.

Spent close to 50k with them and they’ve wasted 2-3 months of my time, currently trying to get a refund but not looking promising. They claim they don’t do refunds but they haven’t carried out any work. Just delays upon delays. Have raised a chargeback with credit card company. Will update this review on how it goes.
