10 weeks and nothing. 4 weeks of me asking for a refund and finally got a refund at week 11. No explanation of why they couldn’t do what they advertise.

Very misleading website
Very misleading website. They are listed first in Google Search. While I should have noticed it was not a .gov site, their site makes it appear it is an official site to renew your passport.
Complete scam!!
Complete scam, I fell victim to it thinking it was a normal passport renewal site but didn’t realize the .gov part because I was in such a hurry to renew it. Charge back my money and get a real job, this world sucks.
Scam - not .gov official site
Scam! I didn’t realize the website was not an official .gov website until I submitted (and paid) for my passport renewal application. What a scam!
There should be a ZERO star option for…
There should be a ZERO star option for this company. It is a complete SHAM and steals from unsuspecting people. My husband thought he was using a genuine government site to get his passport renewal. They charged him $148 then sent back his applicaiton saying his photo wasn't acceptable (the site accepted it) and wanted him to return the application with another photo and a check for the actual renewal. It was only then that I realized he had been scammed. We are out $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! It should be ILLEGAL for a company to present themselves in a way that deceives and makes them appear to be legitimate.
AVOID!
This company impersonates government agencies through a website that looks like an official government agency. I fell for this with my ESTA application. I basically paid more than double the price for the application (USD 115 instead of USD 40).
To be fair, they did stipulate that they were third party at the very end of the process. Nevertheless, the service is useless and must be avoided. Most troublesome is not the wasted money but the fact that I uploaded my passport copy.
Less than zero stars for this service
Less than zero stars for this service. Please do not fall for them as I have. They push their website first in Google search and mislead people. They do nothing actually. I will be reporting them to all officials that I know about.
I wish i could give this a zero star
I wish i could give this a zero star. Accidentally applied my VISA on their website and I had to make another payment for the actual visa 🤦♀️🥺. They claim to have helped with completing your VISA when they CLEARLY have not. These are thieves, online scammers posing as the OFFICIAL website for the American Visa. After you make payment they send an email to say you still have to pay money for you VISA thats when you realise you have been scammed.
Rating:ZERO!
I wish i could give this firm a negative number, frankly, this feels more like a scam then a service. What a mistake I made trusting them with my information. STAY AWAY, I WISH I HAD,
I got screwed on this deal too
I got screwed on this deal too. Didn't pay enough attention to the site, thought I was dealing with a gov site. Lost $148, thankfully it wasn't more.
Big promises no action, possible SCAM
I (accidentally) applied through GovAssist to have my passport renewed and was told it would take 4-8 weeks, It is now week 10 and, in spite of numerous phone calls and efforts to get a status update, I have heard nothing from the company. I am only left to assume that this is a scam.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I wanted to renew my passport for $157. Their website makes you think you are dealing with the government. They sent me printed forms that I filled out online but AI said my picture was not acceptable. ( my photo was done at CVS pharmacy which is acceptable). I called this company up and got an AI asked them to transfer me to a live person but never was able to reach one. Their AI said I would get a refund but I never received it. I called back a week later and AI informed me that I was not going to receive a refund because they completed my kit. I am furious! There is no kit just a couple of printed documents that I filled out online. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Best part is they wanted another $160 to get my passport when that’s what I thought I was doing all along!
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. You can't even get a real agent on the phone for support like they advertise. I think it's actually costing me more money and time than if I'd just gone to the post office. Absolutely awful!!!!!
Overpriced, time consuming, not helpful
I tried to use GOVASSIST.COM to request a passport renewal. The web site implied that it would be quicker and easier than renewing by mail. It was not quick or easy.
The first problem was that the AI that accepts a digital passport photo kept rejecting my photos. I wasted more than an hour trying to get it to accept my photos. It finally accepted a poor photo. I requested help to use a good photo.
A person responded by email, and I ended up sending in the first photo that was repeatedly rejected.
Then, I was asked to review my application for errors. I found several, including 1) the status was "Cancel Application", and 2) the amount billed was significantly larger than the prices on the web site. I promptly responded, describing the problems and asking for an explanation why the billed amount was higher than the prices on the web site.
When they did not respond, I requested that the application be canceled.
The amount was never justified, but ACCESS.GOV submitted the charge to my credit card, although I had not agreed to this charge.
Now they are refusing to refund the charge, although they have done nothing to submit my passport renewal, as far as I can tell.
I have disputed the change with my credit card company. I will see what happens.
total scam
total scam , misrepresents itself as a government website and charges 90 dollars for a 20 dollar visa
Scammers they took my money no service…
Scammers they took my money no service and fail to refund
Terrible service – no refund, no response
I paid for a service I never received. They promised a refund several times over the phone but then completely ignored my emails. Avoid this company at all costs.
My experience here was deeply…
My experience here was deeply disappointing. It fell far from what I would call fast. I chose them cause I expected they would keep to their expedited service and have it delivered on time. Even if it was just a renewal the wait time they gave was much and even when it was past that they never updated me again about it. I was devastated as I was expecting a quicker delivery. Desperate for a solution, I went doing some digging and found an lnstagram seller holoprofiles! From them I was able to place an order for renewal and they were quite decent in their dealings. They had it delivered within agreed dates.
SCAM!
SCAM!! Don't fall for it. We did within 3 hour service and we did not get US esta. And missed our flight.
When we called their customer care, we could talk initially in the beginning and then could never reach them.
Completly USELESS
Completly USELESS
pay 300USD for express - what a joke
response needs 24-48 hours if you get somebody you get someone to speak with
US Gov fees not included
wrong unreliable shipping infos and on cross link to US Gov Website
all of that you dont need GOV ASSIST at all and if you do it directly costs are at 1/3 of it
