Exceptional customer service ! Vlad and Alex helped me with my queries I had. I was having trouble finding appointments for my Schengen Visa to Italy in both Manchester and London Centres (was trying the Italy global app for more than a month no luck). After reading the reviews on here I paid for automated booking and filled I my details.

Guess what? Within 2 days of paying for automated booking on , I received a notification today saying that an appointment has been booked for me for the end of this month. Cannot thank the team enough! 100% recommend this to others

I applied visa for my family of 3 people for France which is quite hard to find a free slot. With visabot i booked an appointment smoothly.

I got an Italy visa appointment using visabot. Best visa appointment process I've ever had. The app does exactly what it says on the tin. Very smooth experience and well worth the money. Would be nice if visabot also had a web version and not just a mobile app, though.

Schengen countries should outsource their visa application process directly to visabot, instead of companies like VFS which are clearly not doing a good job running the show.

£100 for your sanity! After a desperate few weeks checking the vfs website and much frustration with a crashing site, then being locked out because of trying to log in too much (as the site crashes when you try to check appointments and again when there are and you try to book). I finally signed up to visabots booking service - which I upgraded from the notifications. Both services were great as is their responsive customer service. I had an appointment within a week and just received my visa back. The whole vfs experience is harrowing and you shouldn’t expect to actually be seen at your appointment time (allow at least half a day for this) . But the VisaBot tool and service is worth it. There are some reviews on here about hidden costs (there aren’t any and you should understand the VisaBot fee is in addition to the vfs booking fee) , I have nothing but good feedback after a sceptical start and the fee was well worth preserving my senses. I’d use them again. In case you are concerned as I was - you’re not uploading any copies of documents and the PII you share is limited

Literally saved my whole trip. Literally. I was actually searching for an appointment with the french embassy. Travel date 25th march, started looking for appointments and really struggled finding on my own, nearly impossible lol(was much easier before but it got really difficult for some reason) anyway i ended up buying visabot notification service(22th february)honestly did not have high hopes and was also continuously checking regardless of whether i get a notification or not, anyway missed first couple of notifications but for the third one managed to book the appointment successfully on the 24th of february, literally two days later for an appointment on the 2nd of march.

Visabot is extremely helpful for securing a Schengen visa appointment. It offers two options: you can either book an appointment automatically or receive notifications on your mobile. I chose the notification service.

The app also indicates your chances of getting an appointment. If only one or two slots become available, it clearly shows that the chances are low. If several appointments are added (for example, more than four), it notifies you that there is a high chance of successfully booking an appointment manually.

I have used this service twice now to book an appointment and I don’t think I will waste my time trying to do it without this from now. I have only tried the notifications but they worked quite well for me. The process is still stressful but the notifications really help in giving an idea of when the appointments are being released instead of depending on sheer luck. Managed to book appointments in 2 days of getting the service both times.
Definitely recommend it! Do not worry, it’s not a scam - it’s a tool and super easy to use their App.

Very efficient system. I subscribed to the email service and within 24 hours I had notifications of available slots. Due to work, I couldn’t secure a slot immediately. Also was told for group applications getting a slot is quite stressful but the team at VisaBot kept encouraging me to keep trying as some group slots are realised in between. I tried finally and got an appointment. Very reliable service I must say
