Visa Prove Reviews 

We worked with Visa Prove for our US visa applications for ITC Vegas 2025, where our company was going to have a booth. We had a very tight schedule, with only around two months left before our planned travel date, so getting the appointments on time was very important for us.

Mr. Umit was our consultant throughout the process and guided us carefully at every stage. They handled all three applications, and within about a month, appointments were arranged for all of us. Thankfully, all of our visas were approved. We were able to travel to the US as planned, attend the trade show, and operate our booth without any problems.

Communication was always clear and professional, and we felt supported during the entire process. We are very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely recommend them.

I started working with Visa Prove after a close friend recommended them to me. I think personal recommendations are very important when it comes to visa consultancy, because it is a big decision to trust a company with all your official documents, financial information, travel plans and personal details, especially when you do not know anything about them. This is also the reason why I wanted to write this review.

We first worked together at the end of August 2025 for my Germany visa application. My appointment was given around three months later. Even though the waiting time was long, they explained to me that appointments for Germany are assigned by the consulate according to the waiting list and that it is not possible for them or anyone else to interfere with this process.

When my appointment date came closer, I visited their office in the Üsküdar (near Altunizade) with my documents because I also wanted to meet them face to face. My impression was that they were professional, organised and worked in a very proper way.

They prepared a two-page letter of intent in English for me. I read the whole letter, and they also explained what they had written and why they included those details. After giving my fingerprints, my application was finalised in 15 days and I received my first Schengen visa valid for six months. Honestly, I was not expecting my first Schengen visa to be issued for such a long period.

In June 2026, I worked with them again for my UK visa application. This time, I did not even need to visit their office. I sent all the requested documents as colour scans, they completed the application and then asked me to choose a suitable appointment date. On the appointment day, I gave my fingerprints for the UK visa, and around ten days later, I received my six-month UK visa.

This has been my experience with Visa Prove so far. They are definitely familiar with the current procedures and know what they are doing. I wanted to write this review both to thank them and to help people who are considering working with the company.
